Entire unit was updated with high-end finishes. Updated kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances and copper sink. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with large flat screen Roku TV's and a queen-size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms offer private balconies with views of a relaxing, babbling pond. The master suite has a king size bed with a private bathroom that is equipped with granite counters, double vanities, and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 queen size beds and a private bath. Full Washer and Dryer. Free WIFI in unit. 2 hours of tennis or pickle ball every day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.

This unit is located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes and has an oceanfront pool, hot tub, gym and grilling area. Easy access/steps to the beach. There is also an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna on the premises.

Great Stay

Very close to the beach along with other Hilton Head amenities. The inside was recently remodeled and perfect for our family of 5. Stephanie was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Great host; immaculate, clean property

We had a great stay. The property was in a perfect location for us (steps to the beach, with a nice large pool when it gets hot). The property is very well kept and extremely clean, spotless. The host was excellent - she provided very helpful information ahead of our stay. She was quick to respond to questions/messages and reiterated she was always available if needed. I highly recommend this place.

Sunny, rainy, sunny ... delightful.

The description and pictures perfectly represent the indeed luxurious renovation. We arrived in sunny weather and after getting settled from our arrival, went to a nearby charming restaurant for dinner. The following mornings, we played pickleball and enjoyed pleasant weather. However, we knew our situation was due to change; a visit from tropical storm Debby was anticipated. Throughout our visit, the condo owner was consistently and reliably in contact with us and forwarding emails to us from Palmetto Dunes (location of condo) on their status and response to the storm. During the days of inclement weather, we relaxed in the outdoor spa, visited Savannah (~45min drive and many gems of restaurants to be found), and hit some golf balls at the nearby driving range. Interesting experience; in the midst of the rapidly falling rain, to be casually hitting golf balls while enjoying snacks & drinks. During these days of weather necessitating being indoors, having this ideal condo was comforting. The condo owner, and Palmetto Dunes, performed exceptionally well with the weather event. Sunny skies returned for the remainder of our visit, and you couldn’t tell there had been a storm. While there were some days of rain during our vacation, with this well-appointed condo, its attentive owner, and the performance of Palmetto Dunes, with didn't miss a moment of enjoyment.

Perfect vacation spot

First time to Hilton Head and we picked the perfect location and property. The condo was extremely clean and well decorated. Stephanie was wonderful very easy to communicate with. We loved Palmetto Dunes and would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing week in amazing location!

Loved everything about this villa! The decor was on point, the hostess was beyond sweet and helpful, the location was private AND convenient, and the beach access was a short walk! We have stayed in Hilton Head several times, but this by far, was the best setup! Stephanie went way out of her way to provide everything we needed! She even had bedrails delivered to the door when we forgot to pack ours! The guys took full advantage of all the golf courses, but favored the Robert Trent Jones course. There was also great shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Perfect Family Vacation Location

Words cannot describe the comfort we felt in this property, it was clean, up-to-date, and felt like “home” as soon as we arrived. The owner was exceptional and very easy to work with. We will be back next year!!

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

We enjoyed a lovely 1 week stay in this beautiful apartment, which we selected from several options because it is located away from the pool area. We were rewarded with a quiet refuge, with loads of space for the three of us, in a well-appointment first floor condo. What makes this special, though, is the location. Steps from the pool, the beach, tennis, pickleball, golf and restaurants. There is even is a little store right in Palmetto Dunes, which was open 5 am - 10 pm and offered a wide variety of items from hot breakfasts to apparel, to fishing gear. Additional shops and restaurants are a pleasant 45 min walk or short bike ride away. The Palmetto Dunes Outfitters offers lots of bikes or kayaks for rent. We didn't rent a car, but it was easy to get around by bike, taxi, or Uber. Stephanie was an amazing host, incredibly easy to communicate with, and full of helpful information. She even messaged us a couple of times during our trip just to make sure that we had arrived safely and that we had everything that we needed. Overall, we were very happy with our choice, and highly recommend this VRBO option.

Outstanding condo with responsive owner

We have rented several condos and homes in Hilton Head. Without exception, this was the most attractively furnished, best maintained, cleanest unit we have ever rented. The owner, Stephanie, is very responsive. We had a minor issue - adjusting the Nest thermostat - and she jumped on it, remotely adjusting it to our specifications. As indicated in the property description, the unit overlooks a pond, not the ocean, so don’t expect an ocean view from this unit. But, on balance, we’d prioritize the aesthetics and cleanliness of this condo over an ocean view and would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable condo and really maintained and decorated tastefully.

Great condo and property owner allowed the use of a buggy which helped getting to the beach. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, kitchen wax well equipped with anything you could possibly need. Came with 2 hours of tennis and pickle ball, however, only used one day due to afternoon storms.

What a nice condo!!!

First off Stephanie was very nice and accommodating for my family. The condo was probably on of the cleanest condos we’ve ever rented when we first walked in from our long drive and that was refreshing. The beds were very comfortable too. We really enjoyed the nice furniture and updated decor. It gave us a felling like we were at home. This vacation was to celebrate my son’s graduation from high school in Indiana and getting accepted at Purdue university this fall. We had a great time and Stephanie’s. Condo made it extra special. Stephanie, Thanks for offering your place for our family to have some long lasting memories for a lifetime. Yes we are planning to return to her condo next summer Thanks Stephanie!!! Excellent condo has everything you need

The condo was very comfortable and clean great location. The outside pool was a little chilly for us adults but always plenty of space and was well kept. Wish they had more hot tubs outside one gets way too crowded.

Hilton Head Vacation

The property was just as expected based on the pictures and the reviews. It was a short, easy walk to the beach and the best part was that Stephanie was so easy to work with! We'd definitely stay here again if we're back in the area. The condo is very comfortable and clean. The pool was really nice too!

Absolutely Perfect

This villa is absolutely perfect. It’s clean, beautifully decorated and so well appointed in the kitchen. That was especially important on this trip as we spent more time cooking/eating in than venturing out to restaurants. Having the beach stroller/wagon was huge perk, and made it so much easier to get our gear to the beach. Stephanie, the owner, was so responsive and accommodating. Great communication. We have stayed at Villamare many times, and we love the location and proximity to the beach. This villa is amazing and we can’t wait to rent it again!

Great location, immaculate property

Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the process. Stephanie frequently checked on us to ensure all as going well. This condo is in a perfect location within Villamare complex. Steps from the pool and beach access. The condo was spotless when we arrived and is decorated with high end furnishings and decor. We will definitely be coming back to this property.

This condo was beautiful and comfortable. Master bed was extremely comfortable. Beautiful view of pond from balcony. Property manager was prompt, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely stay in this same condo again!

Fall Break

The owner was super nice and great to work with. We could not have asked for a nicer condo to stay in. The location is close to everything making it super easy to get around. We will definitely look to book here again on our next stay in Hilton Head!

Fantastic! We’ll be back!

We had a great experience in this property. It was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was very clean, nicely furnished and well decorated. It felt like the owner lived there most of the time and happened to let other people use it on occasion. This was our first trip to Hilton Head. The location was great. The unit was close to the beach - an easy walk for me, my wife, and a 9, 7, and 4 year old - and conveniently close to other attractions and dining at Palmetto Dunes. Our communication with the owner was also great. She sent check-in info well in advance and answered my email questions about the island and the property. I highly recommend this property to other guests.
