Adjacent to the living room is a game room with a pool table. Off the game room is a large deck that runs the width of the home, the yard opens to trees and boulders to explore. The kitchen is well set up for chef preparing the family feast. Off the kitchen is a dining area that seats 10. The three gathering areas on the entry level make this a great family retreat. There is one bedroom and full bath on the entry level perfect for guests who don't like stairs. The living room and family room have gas fireplaces. New flooring in the family room and upstairs, new beds throughout in 2024.

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.
Ring Cameras on front entrance and driveway and in back aimed at the fence line to watch for bears.

121 Meadow Drive is a tier 2 Vacation Rental with a maximum occupancy limit of 10 persons including children and a 3 vehicle maximum per the Douglas County NV vacation rental ordinance. The fine to the guest of record for an occupancy and/or vehicle violation is between $5,000 - $10,000, and will also result in immediate eviction without refund. Quiet hours are 9:00pm-8:00am and will be strictly enforced. No parties, weddings or gatherings allowed.
Parking 3 vehicles you will be issued a parking placard which must be displayed on each vehicle on the driver's side dashboard. Renters will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and failure to park in designated parking area or failure to display placard may result in a citation and fine of $500.00
While staying here, make sure to follow local ordinances (noise/maximum occupancy and maximum vehicles on site)We also require a signed rental agreement for every reservation and the person signing must be 25 years of age, must be staying at the property & have a copy of the signed rental agreement with them during their stay
