Independent house 100 meters from the beach, with heated and private pool, barbecue area, terraces, air-conditioned lounge and various leisure spaces. On the ground floor there are 3 exterior double rooms with double glazed windows, two of them with bathroom en suite. On the upper floor we have a room with two single beds, which is next to a bathroom, another large room with double size bed and bathroom ensuite, and separately, a 6th. bedroom with a sloping roof with 3 beds of 90cm, available under request. 6 bathrooms in total that offer hot tub in the main one and two hydromassage showers. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and utensils. Dinning room. Laundry room with washer and dryer. International channels, including SKY sports and Netflix. Towels and bed linen are provided. Billiards. 4 bicycles. Wide spaces. Ideal for athletes and families. Next to the promenade.

Swimming pool heating fee: 100eur/week.

Around, in a radius of 100m we find the Guacimeta Beach, a supermarket, pizzeria, coffee shop, several bars and restaurants, sports center, bus stop, beauty center and a lovely promenade.

Host was amazing. Been stopping in villa's for 30 years. Nothing was too much trouble. Airport is really close but didn't bother anyone. It was fun to watch them from the roof terrace when bored. But it's hard to be bored in this villa. Would definitely stop here again.Thanks Emilio.

This villa has everything, it is honestly the best place we have ever stayed and Emilio was brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble even booking taxis for us to get about he genuinely made our holiday even more amazing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Wow what a Villa! So quirky! There were 9 of us and plenty of space to spread out if you wanted a quiet corner away from the pool etc. Emilio was great and kept in touch throughout. Quiet compared to other resorts like Costa Teguise or Puerto del Carmen (which are easily reached by bus or taxi) but within walking distance of some restaurants and supermarkets. Definitely recommended!

Relaxing break

The villa is beautiful with everything you need. Emilio is so lovely and helpful, great communication. Beach is a 1 minute walk away and restaurants nearby. We will be back for sure. Thanks for having us.

Excellent villa and great location.

The villa had everything we needed to accommodate our needs. There was so much space and different areas to suit the time of day. The children loved the pool and the inflatables provided. The bikes were extremely useful for travelling to Puerto Del Carmen and Arrecife. The bikes included 4 adult bikes and 1 child's plus a child seat. The location of the villa is excellent. It's away from the busy tourist areas but still has lots of restaurants and local shops. We would definitely stay here again.

lovely villa as described on website...great location if you don't intend to do much...The owner Emilio couldn't have been more helpful if he tried, unfortunately we got stuck on a Covid lockdown, but he did everything he could to help. We shall definitely return

Impressively spacious spotless very well equipped

Emilios palace is a wonderful place to stay in lanzarote! All modern conveniences emaculatly clean! Extremely spacious the photos do not do it justice! Emilio is the perfect host giving advice on were to eat and were to shop etc. Extremely helpful and an all round nice guy kepping in touch via WhatsApp and the messaging service on this app! All in all you could not ask for a better villa or host! Thank you agin Emilio we will definitely be back hopefully soon!

Lovely villa, ideal for large groups, beside beach

Had a great holiday in Lanzarote in this villa. Emilio was very obliging and helpful during our stay and maintained excellent communication throughout. Villa is ideal for large groups, we were two families holidaying together and the villa' s great design got the balance right between providing both a private space and communal space. Location is perfect beside a beautiful beach/promenade with plenty of restaurants to choose from, and shops close by. Airport is close but noise is not too disruptive. I would highly recommend this villa and would not hesitate to book again when returning to Lanzarote. Damian

Totally AMAAAAZING stay at this wonderfully quirky house!

This house is utterly fabulous with many bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of outdoor spaces to relax and an awesome terrace area too. The amazing artwork around the house is beautiful and you will discover many features throughout your stay. The pool area is beautifully lit up at night which was a hit with the young ones for late night swims. Emilio is the absolute perfect host who is always on hand to answer any questions and impart his knowledge on the best things to do and see throughout your stay and always with the biggest smile - thanks so much Emilio! :-) The beach is very close to the house and it is stunning with some really good restaurants along the promenade all within easy walking distance, a great pizzeria just up the street and a little shop close by too. We had the most amazing time so I can honestly say book this property you will be sooo happy you did!

Perfect villa, amazing location

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay in the Ity House. Emilio was a fabulous host, helping us with various queries during our stay and always very responsive throughout. The villa is spacious, with plenty of places to sit and chill out, the pool was a great place to cool down and we enjoyed playing pool and darts in the evenings. Everything was wonderfully clean and we loved the decor. The location, mere steps from the beach, was amazing - we went for swims at all times of the day as it was so quick and easy. The beach was brilliant for swimming, snorkelling and playing frisbee. The nearby pizza restaurant was very handy as was the Mercedes restaurant at the beach (Tinto de Verano highly recommended). It was useful to have the little shop just up the road but for most of our shopping we walked to Lidl/Mercadona and got a short taxi back (c €4) We enjoyed walking along the promenade to local restaurants but also found the barbecue a great asset. Cannot wait to return to this superb house soon, thank you Emilio for letting us stay.

Ity House

Hi, we were a group of 5 friends who stayed in Ity House - it was a great villa for us as we all had our own spacious bedroom and bathroom. The entire house was spotlessly clean and very well looked after. It is certainly a very quirky house, full of character and with lots of seating areas - both in and out of the sun, it is a lot bigger than it looks on the photos. Location wise for us was perfect, 5 minute taxi ride from the airport, 5 minute walking distance to a bus stop, there is a small supermarket just over the road and bigger supermarkets (Mercadono, Spar etc) around 10 minute walk - easy to get a taxi back with all of the shopping. The beach is just 2 minutes from the villa and there is a lovely promenade to walk along with plenty of really nice bars and restaurants. If you want to visit the more tourist resorts such as Puerto del Carmen its so easy to just jump on a bus, they are pretty frequent, take about 25 minutes and cost a couple of euros. Would we go to Ity House again - for sure we would - we loved both the house and the area - massive thanks to Emilio for being such a great host and look forward to visiting again! Best Property in Playa Honda

Emillio Your previous tenants have already said it all and we totally agree with their lovely past comments. It was a pleasure to stay in your house. Thank you for letting us drop off our luggage with you upon our arrival. We arrived early and you were still working hard with getting the house ready for us. This gave us the opportunity for a relaxing walk along the promenade and a few tapas - a good start to the holiday. We have been coming for holidays to Playa Honda for 10 years. Being back here is like coming home. Such a beautiful, friendly town with a lovely beach and plenty of places to eat. . Following your hard work the house was very clean. Thank you also for the big bowl of fruit and the chocolates. The property was well equipped and maintained. It catered for all our needs, and Emillio was close at hand if anything further was required. Other members of our party of six have expressed their enjoyment in the games area where we had fun most evenings playing pool. We made good use of the bikes too. We also really enjoyed our BBQ. It was good to be outside but still under cover in the evenings. Lovely views from the roof terrace. We are missing the sunsets. Until the next time, Emillio. We will certainly be coming back. Property was very spacious. Very short walk to beach and choice of bar/restaurants.

The property is great for a number of things. Easy walking distance to a great beach (approx) 100yds, a little less for the bar restaurants. Located centrally making it ideal for travelling to different points on the island each day. The pool was a little chilly first thing on a morning but Emilio switched the heating on as soon as requested making the pool very inviting each morning. There's plenty of rooms and outside spaces for any large family to be able to find a quiet area when they want it. Choosing from the pool area, games room, shaded seating area, as well as the barbecue area (inside and out). There was a concern initially on location near the airport, however, although you do hear and see the planes taking off and land you soon forget about it. Most flights finish by 10.30/11pm. Emilio was a perfect host and couldn't do enough for us when asked. Easy to contact and gave us some places to go and see which we wouldn't have gone to as most weren't on any tourist maps, specifically good places to eat....and some to avoid ;-) He has bikes available to use (very useful to cycle along the beach front which has a cycle path all along from arrecife down past Puerto del Carmen and possibly further. Local shop across the road and pizza made our first night nice and simple to relax and unpack. Shopping mall in a very short drive. Supermarket in even less. Everything you need on your doorstep if you just want to relax with the option to go out round the island very easily if you want. The property overall is very accommodating and would go back on our next visit to Lanzarote . Emilio was a great host and one if the most friendly we've met. Thank you Emilio for renting us your property and for being such a brilliant host to us. P.s. Ty also to your wonderful neighbour, Janine. A truly good neighbour when called upon in our time of need x x x

Amazing property in an amazing location!

What can I say? This place is amazing! Honestly, one if the best places you could ever stay. There is so much room for everyone to enjoy. The living room is huge with plenty of room for all of us. The swimming pool was used daily. The pool table was also a welcome addition where we played each other. The beach is literally a couple of minutes walk away with nice little restaurants that serve food and lovely coffee. Some recommendations for people thinking of going. Rent a car too explore the island. We always use Autoreisen as they have very competitive rates, plus extra insurance is only €2 a day extra. The HiperDino is a couple of minutes drive away and has lots of items that can be stocked up on for you're stay. Escooters are great fun too use, download the superpedestrian app and off you go. Last but not least... Emilio is an amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble and you can contact by WhatsApp with any questions etc. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your amazing home. We we're very sad to be leaving, but will have a lifetime of memories.

Playa Honda

Lovely quirky property, aircraft noise is bearable. Major shops are a good walk away but local shop is very handy. The owner Emilio is brilliant and so helpful.

Wonderful villa close to beach

Just back from a wonderful stay in Emilio’s beautiful villa. Emilio was a friendly and helpful host and his villa was as described. It has so much space, lots of different outdoor relaxing, seating areas. Villa is well equipped and comfortable and we all had a great relaxing stay. Playa Honda is beautiful, the beach is at the end of the road and has a promenade with bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and a shopping centre close to the villa. We enjoyed using the swimming pool, darts & pool and Netflix & sports channels. Would definitely come back again.

Wonderful place for a relaxed stay.

It‘s a wonderful place to stay. Just 5 Minutes from the airport away by car and 1 Minute walking distance away from the beach and a little supermarket. The bigger supermarket Eurospar is just 15 Minutes walk away. Emilio was always available when needed and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this beautiful big house. It has everything needed for a relaxed stay.

TRES BONNE

grande villa atypique très bien située à proximité de la plage et des commerces et d'une promenade cyclable et piétons en bord de mer pour rejoindre Arrecife. Villa peut - être un peu proche de l'aéroport, mais il n'y a pas d'avion la nuit. Nous étions un groupe de 8 amis et nous avons passé des vacances très agréables, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et pu visiter l'île superbe. Nous reviendrons à Lanzarote. Merci au propriétaire Emilio qui répond à toutes nos attentes et reste joignable en permanence Martine

Familienurlaub

We were guests of Emilio with 7 people from 20.12.2019 - 03.01.2020. We had a wonderful time. The house is ideal for a large family or group. There are 5 bathrooms. The beach is only 100 m away. The promenade invites you to go for a walk and is ideal for cycling tours to Arrecife or Puerto del Carmen. Everything was clean and tidy. Emilio is a perfect host. We would love to come back sometime.

Blooming Great

Emillo is the host with the most nothing is too much trouble to make your stay special. The house is a great place to chill and party with friends and family. Loved it that much back next year

Vacances relaxantes dans une villa de rêve où il fait bon vivre avec un hôte toujours disponible

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ; la villa est magnifique disposant de tous les équipements (nous avons surtout apprécié la piscine, la TV internationale et la bonne qualité du réseau internet) et d’un excellent emplacement près des commerces (petites supérettes accessibles à pied et grand supermarché à 10 mn de voiture), restaurants et plage avec sa belle « promenade » tout le long. Le petit « bémol » est la proximité de l’aéroport mais on s’habitue vite au bruit des avions et c’est très calme la nuit. Enfin, et c’est très important, notre hôte Emilio qui nous a donné tous les renseignements demandés (recommandations sur les restaurants, les visites touristiques, les commerces), joignable très facilement via WhatsApp, toujours disponible et venant même « à notre secours » lorsque la batterie de notre voiture de location était à plat juste au moment de prendre le ferry en passant de nombreux appels téléphoniques pour démêler la situation. Lanzarote est par ailleurs une superbe destination que nous découvrions pour la 1ère fois mais où nous souhaitons retourner, dans la villa d’Emilio 😊, pour nous relaxer et profiter du temps magnifique, de la mer et de la gentillesse des habitants de l’ile.

Great holiday in a beautiful villa

We had a late flight so did not get to the villa until after midnight but we were welcomed by Emilio who showed us around the villa , the photographs on the site are good but the villa is much better. The children loved the pool and there are so many seating areas we were never on top of each other. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning .Emilio was very kind and a great host,I would recommend the villa

Amazing..... loved everything about it 😀

There is so much to say, I don’t know where to start. From the moment we booked the villa, Emilio was so helpful. Provided with info when asked and nothing was ever too much 😀 Arrived at villa and we couldn’t stop smiling .... it was really spacious, clean and better than described in my opinion. Used the bikes loads to go to Arrecife and Las Playas which saved us a lot of money on hiring them. The pool table and swimming pool was a big hit with us all - evening swim with lights on and game of pool - perfect way to end the day 😀 There was everything you could possibly want - quiet areas, huge living and dining space, roof terrace to watch the planes and large indoor BBQ area. Emilio was always on hand to help when needed and nothing was too much but we never felt we were being watched..... even when I had difficulty getting a taxi, I would text and he would send it to us - thanks Emilio 😉 Would not hesitate in recommending Ity House to anyone and hope to be back in the future 😀👍
