Sitting area in the front room of the home for quiet reading and enjoyment.
Carpet in large Master bedroom and guest bedroom.

TVs in both bedrooms and living room. WiFi throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to include pots, pans, Kuerig coffee pot, etc and has granite counters and stainless steel appliances

King size Sleep Number bed in Master bedroom, walk-in closet, and large bathroom with double sink vanity and large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and rain shower.

Queen size bed in guest room with a dresser and large closet. Bathroom with tub located across the hallway.

Peaceful backyard with covered patio and grass area surrounded by desert landscape.

House is within walking distance to Starbucks, grocery store, gym, and casual and fine dining restaurants.
Short drive to amazing golf courses too. Close to TPC Scottsdale golf courses (Home of the Phoenix Open). 1 mile to 101 freeway. 35 minutes to Univ. of Phoenix Stadium. Ten-minute drive to West World too.

Fantastic property and great location

The property is lovely and had everything we needed for our stay, with extras as well. Exceptionally clean and maintained property, comfortable furniture and beds. Quiet, peaceful area and close to great restaurants, shopping and the Mayo Clinic. Our Host was very kind and helpful pre-check-in and throughout our stay. We plan on returning when in Phoenix/Scottsdale.

Great Location in Gated Community

This is a fantastic house in a great location, close to markets, restaurants and the fabulous shopping centers. The owners were very responsive if we needed anything which luckily was only once in our two month stay. The home is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful and enjoyable stay. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a short or long term stay.

Great Scottsdale Location

Everything was first class! The pantry was well stocked with many necessities! We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location close to Mayo Hospital. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone looking in this area. Great little shopping area within walking distance with great restaurants and grocery store as well as Ace hardware and Starbucks! We walked there daily! Easy access to property as well! We also enjoyed the closeness to Desert Ridge shops and restaurants! A big bonus was many farmers markets in the area. We love those! Thank you Samantha for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Our Softwind home was perfect. After being out for the day, we felt so good about having a convenient and relaxing place to spend our evenings. The place was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly and clean and attractive describe the neighborhood. Any appliance one needed was readily available. Mike and Samantha made themselves available, and Samantha answered all my questions about the home immediately and thoroughly. Softwind is an exemplary place, as are Mike and Samantha. Thank you for adding to our fine time in Scottsdale. Judy

Beautiful home is a lovely area .

We rented this house long term and then the COVID pandemic hit. The owner was very accommodating in changing the refund policy when we had to cut our stay short. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was always available when needed. The house and neighborhood are lovely. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone.

Like home!

Very clean and well stocked. Great location, convenient for shopping and eating out without having to drive. Close to regional parks for hiking and biking. Owner was accessible and helpful! Loved our six weeks there!!!

Perfect Oasis

The photos do not do this home justice. Samantha & Mike have thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The house has everything that you can think of to make you feel at home. The pantry is well stocked, to include a blender, Kuerig, regular coffee maker, crock pot, mixer.. you name it, it is here. The house is within walking distance to Starbucks, Safeway and some great restauarants. The neighborhood is peaceful and enjoyable. Samantha is so easy to work with too. She made us feel like the house was our home. Can't wait to come back next year.

Perfect Desert Tranquility!

We had a very enjoyable month at your lovely Scottsdale home! The house was perfectly located to freeway access and major thoroughfares to easily get to all areas in the Valley. We are well acquainted with the Scottsdale/Phoenix area having family in the city for many years and now that we are retired it is very easy to come down often, we will definitely return to your home, it felt very comfortable to us ... the kitchen was well stocked with pantry and refrigerator items that sometimes aren’t provided in VRBO rentals. And the brand new knife set was very much appreciated ... I always travel with my own knives because those provided are never sharp enough for the cooking I enjoy ... please make sure to advise your renters not to put these great knives in the dishwasher! And it might be a good idea to provide a sharpening stone to keep them in tip top shape. Also, a small tip/request, a blender might be a nice addition to the kitchen small appliances ... good for those “umbrella” drinks and puréed soups. We enjoyed our month, it was hard to leave this delightful desert oasis, but we will certainly return again. Thanks so much for the personal attention and hospitality ... the small details certainly make the different.

Thanks for your 5-star praises of our home. We try very hard to make everyone's stay as close to perfect as we can. It is all about making you feel like you are at home. Thanks for the suggestion about the sharpening stone and the blender. I would have happily ordered a blender for you during your stay.. but there is one in the house now. You will definitely be able to enjoy your umbrella drinks during your next visit.

We love the desert and wanted a place that was in a gated community but within walking distance to great restaurants and a short distance from West World. We are big Cubs fans so also wanted a place to call home when we come to watch Spring training every year
