This lovely beach house is perfect for your escape to the coast, with a large deck, ocean views, and nearby beach access! Plus, it has modern conveniences, such as a proper kitchen and flatscreen TVs. Kid-friendly extras include a crib, high chair, and Pack 'n Play.

There is much to do in the area - hiking, biking, and walking the boardwalk to downtown Seaside.
Or stay in and watch the waves roll in. Sometimes whales, dolphins, and other sea life come into the cove, and this home has a front-row seat. The unique side view of the cove presents an unusual scene where you can view surfers shoot by as they ride the waves. Sandy beach access is only .2 miles down the road. Seaside is close by and has much to offer. Boats, kayaks, bikes, motorscooters, and pedal cars are available for rent nearby. You might visit the Aquarium, try zip lines, or play a round of golf.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

One week family vacation

The view is redeeming and the proximity to the ocean was fabulous! The house is spacious but “dated”. The kitchen is functional but no lids that mate with cook wear: better to throw it all out and take a trip to Costco to put in play kitchen utensils a family can use. Bedrooms had what appeared to be fresh sheets and pillow cases, the blankets seemed unclean. This is far from high end hospitality and needs to be upgraded. Very nice neighborhood.

Blown away with the view!!! Not to mention the incredible local team!!!

The way this house sits gives you a panoramic view of Seaside and even Washington. We were there over the 4th of July and the firework show went on for hours - it was amazing! We saw it all. The inlet/cove the home overlooks on the ocean appears to be a feeding ground for Orca's and wildlife. It blew us away what we saw sitting on our deck on the daily. We saw whales every day and lot's of them. They hung there for hours. The local team is also amazing and did a wonderful job in making the house perfect for our stay. We very much appreciated them. It you want a good breakfast or lunch we highly recommend "The Osprey" down the road. Incredible food and service. We ALL love it and want to come back soon. Thank you for sharing your home and thank you Vacasa for taking such good care of us!

Beware of fine print

I was looking forward to our anniversary trip but my best friend had a massive stroke one week before departure. I asked to change the dates (not cancel and not get money back) so I could hold vigil. The request was denied because it was 6 days before the trip. Cruel to be so tied to rules to not let some humanity in. My friend died 2 weeks later and I will always remember this insensitivity from Vacasa.

Amazing views from all places and super comfy

A very comfortable home with big rooms and majestic cliff views of Seaside from the kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom. You could listen to the waves all night. Surfers hit the waves each morning. Lots of space for families and well equipped. Could even access down a path and steps to the rocky beach. Great stay with plenty of parking and privacy too. Great to explore Oregon 101 coast!

Seaside stay

As advertised, the view is unbelievable. From almost anywhere in the house you have a view of the Ocean. House is a little dated but very clean and has all the amenities you need for your stay. Only issue was the low toilets for my 97 year old father in law. Besides that, would recommend this house to all!

Amazing view.

The view was wonderful, saw surfers out in the ocean. The location is great. Home is comfortable for a large group. Everything we needed was there. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. Great place to stay.

Best view in Seaside!!!!

Loved that you could watch the waves in the ocean from almost every room, Even while at the kitchen sink! Lots of games and open space to enjoy each others company. We saw and watched whales! Bald eagles! Surfers! Pelicans and many seabirds! Black tailed Deer! Dolphins and kayakers! We had a wonderful vacation here!!!

Great home for Family gatherings

This home was very comfortable for eight adults. We had a family gathering of 3 generations and there was plenty of space for everyone. It rained most of the time we were there but our main goal was to catch up with each other and space was perfect for that. The view of the ocean and waves is outstanding. Saw plenty of wildlife - porpoise, racoon, deer, bald eagle, pelicans. Kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely rent this home again when we come back to Seaside.

Amazing view and wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend here - we loved being close to Seaside, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle too. Very quiet street. The view from the deck is unbeatable! We happened to be there for the Northern Lights display and it was incredible! Thank you - we will definitely come back for future coast visits! :)

View across the waves

It is not just a big ocean ending with the horizon. You are elevated and looking across the waves, with the whole sweep of the coastline on one side and open ocean on the other. There is so much wild life - birds dive fishing, others floating and diving. And deer sometimes come to graze on the other side of the house as there is forested gorge and mountain on the other side of the road. It's also a great place to eat well, read or do nothing.

Great Family Place

We loved the house, there was a place for everyone! The puzzle table in front of the huge picture window was perfect! The deer visited all but one night. They’re precious. I would love to reserve again! It was perfect.

Great property and marvelous ocean views.

Very clean, very spacious and loaded with everything that a family might need...even diapers for babies. Excellent ocean views and beach access. Beach was rocky and acess not recommended for older individuals with limited mobility. Our family really loved this property.

Gathering of Friends

The view is absolutely amazing. Many rooms and bathrooms in a lovely private house! It is not on the beach but being above it all to soak up the view is wonderful. The master bedroom is especially nice with a walk in shower and ocean view! This was given a 4 because cable was shut down before we came. You could get all the fancy streaming stations, but we just wanted to watch the Celtics play in playoffs. We would certainly stay here again if that issue was solved!

Ocean Bliss

Being that close to the ocean was fantastic. We spent a lot of time watching the waves & caught seals, a brief glimpse of whales, & of course surfers. It was huge hit with us!

The property was beautiful and well-suited to our family. My four children helped me celebrate my 90th birthday. We played Yahtzee, hiked, walked the beach, ate at Mo's and talked and talked.
