In the summer months, this area offers adventurous hiking and biking trails, as well as kayaking and rafting on the water.

Perfect place for our family Christmas getaway. It was well stocked and everything was just as the pictures showed. No surprises! Wonderful location. Would recommend 100%! Definitely plan on coming back to this spot again!

Ski Vacay

Enjoyed our stay. It was a pretty good hike coming back from town. Group upstairs was extremely loud walking around. Ski access was ideal. Would stay here again.

Excellent condo for skiing Breck

This condo was nicer and more spacious in person than it looked in the pictures. Very comfortable, had all the right cooking equipment, very nice bathrooms and living space.

Breckenridge Ski Trip

We loved staying at Tyra Summit, the accommodations were spacious yet warm. Located right off the Four O'Clock ski run, we were able to ski down (and cross the road) to the Snowflake lift to start our day, while coming down the same Four O'Clock run and stopping right at the back of the condo complex. Great place to stay if looking to get to the mountain for a long weekend and ski/board.

Not quite perfect.

Location is great ski in/ ski out! Apartment has everything you need. However, one of the toilets did not work well- no one came to help, one TVcontrol had no batteries, never got the permit for parking and had no internet for a day. Very poor communication with guest services.

Amazing spring ski trip

My Wife and I and our daughter and her boyfriend had an amazing spring ski trip. We got a good amount of snow on the day we arrived and the next day making it amazing ski conditions for the next few days. The condo is a true ski in/out with easy access to the snowflake lift. We are expert skiers but this is a perfect green run for any level skier. The condo is large and very spacious. It was clean and comfortable with everything you will need for a great stay. My one and only complaint is the building is noisy. You can hear everything around you from above and next door. However this would not deter me from coming back. Super convenient location to everything and very easy to get around. The condo also has been updated with nice mountain decor. Great heated inside pool and indoor and out door Hot tubs.

The condo is nice but dirty dishes at check-in is a very scary sight in times of COVID-19

When my wife and I checked in, we expected a high level of cleanliness due to the current COVID-19 crisis. But what we faced is the repulsive sight of dirty dishes on the shelves. Most dishes have visible traces of leftover food, grease, fingerprints and other types of gross marks. All dishes look like they were never cleaned, were never checked after cleaning, and were put back onto the shelves. I took pictures of sample glasses and plates and emailed them directly to Vacasa. So we could still have dinner, we decided to wash by hand the dishes we would use, but to our dismay there was no dishwasher detergent. So we were reduced to washing the dishes by hand. We were highly disgusted with this experience. In this difficult time of sanitary crisis, we felt Vacasa not only ignored sanitary care but also endangered customer health with possible COVID-19.

Nice Location, but not Exactly what is advertised

Nice apartment, great daylight and view of the 4-oclock run, but as stated in other posts from 12 months ago, sofa is old and beat up, fixed lighting doesn't work so its not well lit in the evening. And as stated in other reviews, they only stock for the first overnight, you will need to stock all essentials including hand soap, you will need to purchase laundry detergent to wash your towels as they only provide one per person. No pool / hot tub towels. Be aware,It is not exactly a ski in / Ski out. There are no lockers on the back side near the run, nor outside on the second floor for the guests so that means you need to carry your gear to the opposite side of the building, through the parking lot, then carry your gear up 2 flights of stairs, then store them in the hallway of the apartment as they do not allow you to have a code for the owners locker on the 2nd floor. If you have children, it is a really good workout if that is what your looking for. The ski out part again requires you to ski to snowflake, remove your skis, walk across a road that is busy in the morning, then gear up. And again, with children, a good morning workout. They use an electronic lock and you need to remember a 10 digit number. So not the easiest if you have children or use corrective vision at night. First try only accepts 4 digit code, so you always error out on the first try. The battery died so we were locked out one afternoon for lunch. VACASA said sorry. so we had to go back to the mountain to get warm and eat elsewhere. Vacasa said sorry again. I would stay here again, but not at the rate of a true ski in / Ski out.

Clean with all the amenities

We were very pleased with our 6 night stay at Tyra Summit B2F. The condo was in great condition and updated. The hosts had everything we could possibly need available and even thought of the details like humidifiers, coffee (to get us through the first day before shopping), plenty of blankets and storage. It was a very comfortable stay. My only complaint is that the floors could be a little loud and we were concerned we’d inevitably disturb our neighbors below, but we made it through. We would stay again.

Very nice

Spacious and comfortable condo for ski trip

We really enjoyed staying at Four'o Clock. Condo was very clean and well appointed. It felt very spacious for our family of four. Lots of light in the condo and views of the mountains.

Great condo

Loved this condo. We have stayed in several at this location and this one is one we would rent again. It has been updated and the bathrooms are very nice. The primary bathroom even has a tub. The only problem is there was only one small skillet. The kitchen supplies need a refresh for sure. Other than that, it was great.

Very good experience for our family ski trip

Great place by the slopes, with very nice views. Start skiing from the door and come back the same way. Convenient and smartly designed to store ski material and boots as you arrive back home. Plenty of hangers along the walls. Heating system works perfectly. Very convenient parking. Tips for improvement: 1. Would appreciate to have at least 1 diswasher tab per rental day. 2. It is difficult to make the bunk bed. 3. Would have appreciated some instructions on the use of the cable TV. 4. The sofa, which was big and confortable, needs upholstering. 5. Insuficient cutlery (mainly insufficient forks and spoons). Pans need to be updated.

Beautiful Condo- Great Location

Tyra Summit condos are the perfect ski in ski out location as they are super close to the Snow Flake lift. Just ski down a slight hill and walk across the road to the lift. This condo was super nice and you could tell it had been recently renovated. We will definitely try to rent it again on our next ski trip to Breckinridge! Highly recommend.

2 Blondes and a 14er

We rented this condo for a quick trip to hike Quandry Peak and it was perfect. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare our snacks and meals for the hike, and it was great to relax in the evening and see the sunset over Peak 8. We are already planning to come back. Also, GREAT communication from the property manager! Super easy!!

Great Place for a Summer Family Vacation

Our family of 5 had a great stay in this condo. It had plenty of seating for all 5 of us to sit and talk and reminisce about life and what we were planning to do next. We stayed for one week and we were able to do plenty of stuff around the area. We also had a car which I think is recommended since we drove to some of the most amazing hiking spots as well as walked. We were able to see wildlife from our balcony...Moose and Foxes strolling on the path. The Kitchen was great, The master bathroom was a nice size with a nice shower that 2 people can fit, and the second bathroom had a nice size shower as well. the Master bed had an adjustable bed which was interesting and we tested it out a couple times. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs a couple of times during our stay. I appreciated that this had a washer and dryer in the unit. Big plus for me. A great vacation was had, and we appreciated the condo very much. A few minor things were the ceiling lights in the living room were not working, and the windows were hard to open and close without getting off track.

Perfect Getaway!

This was the perfect spot for my family. The unit was clean and fully stocked for all our needs. The location is walking distance to just about everything in Breck and has a great view of the mountains from the living room and balcony.

Beautiful, cozy escape from the holicraze!

We loved Tyra Summit. The ski in/ski out convenience appealed to the mountain warriors, and the easy walk down the hill to town made for an exceptionally relaxed time for those that were looking for a more chill approach to Breck. The kitchen was well stocked, which made meeting up in between outdoor adventures delightful. The sectional let us all sink into the space without being on top of each other. The fireplace warmed our souls (and soles!) when the temperatures dropped below 10 degrees. Those that hot-tubbed had no complaints! Vacasa could not have been more accommodating from preparation to checking in and parking to finding our way around town to getting out in time for our flights. We needed a break from life's grind and Tyra Summit was like a big ole hug at the end of a long week!
