If you are looking for a great location and all the comforts of a home, you have found it! This ski-in gem has mountain views from all windows and overlooks the 4 O'Clock Ski Run and a scenic wooded wetland. The comfortable living area includes two sleeper sofas, a double recliner love seat, and a rocker/recliner chair, all stationed around the gas fireplace. When it comes to entertainment, this retreat doesn't miss. It's fully equipped to keep everyone busy and entertained with a TV with cable and a DVD player in the living room, TVs in both bedrooms, and a fun selection of family board games. The primary suite has a big bed and a private safe for valuables. A comfy bed in the guest bedroom makes this a great option for two couples, a pair of small families, or one big family.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!
Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
