Villa Mar-Sea-ahh (spin on my first name Marcia) named by friends that feel the same as I do --- Relax at the beach!
Enjoy the white sand beach right out your ground floor patio at Villa Pappagallo in West Bay.
Ocean views from bedroom, living room and patio; just steps away from both the pool and the beach.
Nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings that are well above average; the bedroom is appointed with a queen bed set, and in the living room; a unique cabinet bed converts to a comfortable night sleep on a queen sized memory foam mattress-NOT a sofa sleeper.
Fully equipped kitchen, with gas grills on the property for those that like to cook or make a easy meal. Washer and Dryer in unit, along with internet and cable TV with DVD in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Easy walk-in shower, with granite counters in bath and kitchen.
It is located in a quiet spot on Grand Cayman, but only about 7-10 minutes away from the action of 7 mile beach, activities, and restaurants/bars. Across the street you will find Pappagallo Restaurant for fine dining and Sunday brunch. Beach combing is an extra plus here on a secluded beach. Come and experience Villa-mar-sea-ahh! Car highly suggested.

This was our second trip to Marcia’s special condo by the sea, and we just loved it as much as before! It’s one of the most well-appointed places we’ve stayed and you can’t beat the location on the island for beauty and privacy. Absolutely beautiful property and wonderful host! She very kindly gifted us a bottle of bubbly as I had mentioned we were visiting to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday. Amenities were as described and in excellent condition. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The condo was pristine, very clean, and all linens comfy and tidy. I cannot recommend this host enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Peaceful Paradise

I’ve been visiting Grand Cayman for over a decade and this property was ideal for me- not too difficult to get to work. Close to the bird sanctuary that has a nice 7km loop and shorter options for runs. White sand beach with little foot traffic. Decent snorkeling not too far a walk up the beach.Check in was clear along with detailed check-out instructions.I’m looking forward the my next stay!

Chill. Beach was nice. Very little seaweed. No one around which made it enjoyable to unwind. Condo was clean, comfortable, with plenty of beach amenities to use. PM was very kind and responsive.

Outstanding Room on the water at West Bay in Cayman

The property owner is absolutely the best I have ever worked with. Very responsive and provided everything we asked for. The place is perfect for a beach island getaway! Comfortable, clean, and right on the water. Access is easy, parking is easy and everything you needed was there for us. The location was fantastic; had the whole beach to ourselves with a beautiful pool outside our bedroom door next to the beach and ocean. There was even an smallPeer out to the ocean to walk on and take in the sunset. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for the perfect place and owner to work with. You will not regret the choice. Thank you Marcia!!!

Loved it!

We had the most relaxing stay here. The home was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The beach and pool and view were excellent! It was quiet and tranquil…just what we had hoped for. Thank you so much and we absolutely would stay here again!

Perfectly peaceful

Loved our stay! Enjoyed the tranquility, had the pool and beach to ourselves much of the time. Close to action when wanted to be. Right across the street from a fantastic restaurant. Would stay there again.

Luxurious stay at White Sand Beach!

We wanted a nice place to stay away from the crowds and this was truly a wonderful choice. Pappagallo is located in a quiet area of West Bay and on a beautiful beach with plenty of beach chairs to enjoy the view.The condo is beautifully appointed with everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and cooler bags, and lovely living room. If we return to Grand Cayman, we'll definitely return to White Sand Beach as our home away from home!

Nice place to relax

Good view of the ocean from front and of pool and ocean from the bedroom. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beach and Pool never crowded and plenty of lounge chairs. Windward north side of the Island so not very good for swimming and snorkeling due to turtle grass and rocks, but can watch the fishing boats, cruise ships and wind surfers go by.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcia condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs and umbrella. It is located right across the street from Papagallo restaurant (highly recommend) we highly recommend this condo for your stay on grand cayman.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time! Loved the property location in West Bay. Loved the sandy beachfront and chairs. Loved the nice pool. Very well stocked! Had everything and more we needed. Neighbors were extremely friendly and adopted us right away. We would highly recommend!

Perfect short getaway

Easy check in, greeted by Joelle who was very helpful. We rented a car which I highly recommend, easy to get to 7 mile beach and Fosters. We loved it and will be back. Thank you!

Lovely Condo with Beautiful Views

Some wonderful things about this property were the beautiful views of the ocean, beach, and pool. The condo was clean and comfy with many amenities for in house cooking and dining. There is a very nice fine dining restaurant right across the street you can walk to.(Ristorante Papagallo) The only negative thing was that it was excessively windy at this location when it wasn't as windy elsewhere. This may have been seasonal, I'm not sure. But, the wind was so strong here that we really couldn't use the pool, it actually felt too chilly with the wind blowing. Again, this may be a seasonal issue. We were there the first week of December. Also, I would advise using GPS to get from this property to other areas on the island (such as 7 Mile Beach or Rum Point) as this property is in a remote location (which is nice) but we got lost a couple of times getting to other spots from this location. Get your directions on your phone with the wifi and then they will continue to work even once you leave the wifi and even if you haven't chosen to pay for a travel pass (Verizon) or if you don't have service in a foreign country. We had a great time overall and would love to come back again someday.

A Little Gem!

We loved our trip to Marcia’s villa. A beautiful and quiet location with a private beach but so easily accessible to lots of restaurants and 7MB. There is literally everything you can think of in the unit which is well maintained and in very pretty surroundings. Absolutely I will be back asap!

PERFECT island paradise

Absolutely beautiful condo in a quiet, secluded area. Honestly, this condo is perfect in every way. Marcia is the BEST host - she responds to every question and makes sure check-in (and check-out) is so smooth and stress free. She allowed us to check-in three hours early. She is beyond accommodating. Also, Joelle, the manager is amazing. He greets you at arrival and shares some island secrets. He offers to help with anything you may need while there. You will feel right at home instantly. The kitchen is perfect and VERY well equipped and the bathroom is so pretty. The shower is beautiful. The views from the living area and the bedroom look out to the ocean. When you get there and see it for yourself, it will take your breath away. The condo itself is spotless, but so is the property. The landscape is absolutely beautiful and the pool is wonderful. We toured the entire island and snorkeled everywhere. 7 Mile Beach is stunning (Cemetery was our favorite), Rum Point is so fun, and Eden Rock is the best snorkeling. But at the end of each day, we couldn’t wait to get back to Marcia’s condo where we mostly had the beach to ourselves. I can’t say enough about our stay. It was perfect. The main takeaways for us - Marcia is wonderful, the condo has everything you need and is spotless, the area is quiet and more secluded with Barker’s next to you, the views are STUNNING, Foster’s is only a 5 min drive, the snorkeling out your door is great, and the location is ideal. Thank you Marcia!

Could not have been any better

My wife and I stayed for a week to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We greatly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the 7-mile beach area. We appreciated being able to take the lounge chairs to the beach by the condo and relax by the water and hear nothing but the waves. The pool was also nice for a quick dip to cool off as well. Marcia was a very responsive and gracious host whose hospitality helped to make our trip special and memorable.

PARADISE to the MAX

There were 2 of us girls and stayed for a glorious week in this Villa. Marcia is wonderful and communicative with any questions we had which weren’t many. George, the Property Manager is amazing!! The pool and the grounds ~ immaculate. I ran the beach every morning and hardly saw a soul on this end of the island. And… Ristorante Pappagallo is right across the road which is Fabulous!!!! Thank you Marcia!!!!

Great stay in Grand Cayman

We were met when we arrived by Joell, who gave us the lay of the land and restaurant recommendations. He was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean, very well supplied and comfortable. We wanted for nothing. The bed was so comfortable my husband slept better there than at home! Sofa was comfortable too. I gave it 4 stars on location because my husband thought it was too remote but I thought it was perfect. No traffic, no crowds. In fact we were often the only ones on the beach. One of my favorite things was that you can see both sunrise and sunset. I would stay there again.
