Villa Mar-Sea-ahh (spin on my first name Marcia) named by friends that feel the same as I do --- Relax at the beach!
Enjoy the white sand beach right out your ground floor patio at Villa Pappagallo in West Bay.
Ocean views from bedroom, living room and patio; just steps away from both the pool and the beach.
Nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings that are well above average; the bedroom is appointed with a queen bed set, and in the living room; a unique cabinet bed converts to a comfortable night sleep on a queen sized memory foam mattress-NOT a sofa sleeper.
Fully equipped kitchen, with gas grills on the property for those that like to cook or make a easy meal. Washer and Dryer in unit, along with internet and cable TV with DVD in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Easy walk-in shower, with granite counters in bath and kitchen.
It is located in a quiet spot on Grand Cayman, but only about 7-10 minutes away from the action of 7 mile beach, activities, and restaurants/bars. Across the street you will find Pappagallo Restaurant for fine dining and Sunday brunch. Beach combing is an extra plus here on a secluded beach. Come and experience Villa-mar-sea-ahh! Car highly suggested.

We wanted a quiet place on the ocean where we could watch the sunset. This place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful beach, clean and wonderfully appointed condo, lovely landscaping and pool. Marcia is quick to respond to all correspondence. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful, spacious villa right along the beach. Great location - easy access to Seven Mile Beach and fantastic restaurants in SMB-area and West Bay, but far enough from the busy areas so it felt like we were coming back to a private oasis at the end of each day.Nice pool right outside the screen door and a quiet stretch of beach just steps from the property. Highly recommend to anyone planning a getaway to Grand Cayman!

Quiet, romantic spot out of the touristy zone but close enough to enjoy all West Bay has to offer. Short drive to 7 mile beach & Georgetown. Clean and comfortable with all the extras to make our stay perfect.

This was our second trip to Marcia’s special condo by the sea, and we just loved it as much as before! It’s one of the most well-appointed places we’ve stayed and you can’t beat the location on the island for beauty and privacy. We loved staying in Marcia's villa: very quiet, right by the sea and pool, well organised with everything you might need, comfortable and a perfectly lovely place to be. We loved watching the sun set every evening from the beach right in front of the apartment, swimming in the pool first thing in the morning, snorkeling in the sea and watching the myriad fish right there beside us in the warm shallows. A dream. We dined at Papagallo's, just opposite the villa complex, one evening and we very happy with the excellent food and service. There's a large TV where we could tap into our Netflix account.We enjoyed shore dives from Macabuco, even spotted a tiny sea horse there. We visited the Turtle Sanctuary close to Macabuco - full of massive turtles, a crocodile, oodles of fish, birds and butterflies; as also visited star fish bay - lots of star fish :), saw blue iguanas at the botanical gardens at the eastern end of the island, enjoying the blow holes alond the coast as we went, and we kayaked the mangrove swamps with marine biologists, as organised by the Ritz Carlton on Seven Mile Beach. We'd recommend every one of those sights. For shopping, Fosters is the best value and has the greatest choice - everything you need in one place. Less than 10 minutes drive from the villa. We honeymooned on Great Cayman 30 years ago. We returned for a second honeymoon. We were not disappointed - another dreamy, happy, hot experience! :) x

Loved it!

We had the most relaxing stay here. The home was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The beach and pool and view were excellent! It was quiet and tranquil…just what we had hoped for. Thank you so much and we absolutely would stay here again!

Loved our stay! Enjoyed the tranquility, had the pool and beach to ourselves much of the time. Close to action when wanted to be. Right across the street from a fantastic restaurant. Would stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful property and wonderful host! She very kindly gifted us a bottle of bubbly as I had mentioned we were visiting to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday. Amenities were as described and in excellent condition. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The condo was pristine, very clean, and all linens comfy and tidy. I cannot recommend this host enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Peaceful Paradise

I’ve been visiting Grand Cayman for over a decade and this property was ideal for me- not too difficult to get to work. Close to the bird sanctuary that has a nice 7km loop and shorter options for runs. White sand beach with little foot traffic. Decent snorkeling not too far a walk up the beach.Check in was clear along with detailed check-out instructions.I’m looking forward the my next stay!

Chill. Beach was nice. Very little seaweed. No one around which made it enjoyable to unwind. Condo was clean, comfortable, with plenty of beach amenities to use. PM was very kind and responsive.

Papagallo villa

We had a wonderful stay at Marcia condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs and umbrella. It is located right across the street from Papagallo restaurant (highly recommend) we highly recommend this condo for your stay on grand cayman.
