It’s well-appointed with comfortable furnishings creating an inviting atmosphere that gives you everything you need for a home away from home. This Palm Desert vacation rental is equipped with YOUTUBE TV which includes more than 70+ channels, sports, golf channel, tennis channel with streaming capabilities including NETFLIX with FIOS high-speed internet service.

Once you enter through the front door of this contemporary vacation home, you will notice the open floor plan, vaulted 15 foot ceilings and 1650 Sq. Ft. of living space. It has a great room at the entrance of the house. There you will find 55 inch TV with a fireplace and large comfortable couches, chairs, and sofa.
There is a powder room located in the hallway near the kitchen. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with new cabinets, quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and everything you would find in your own kitchen. It offers a full array of amenities, utensils and plenty of room for the inspired chef to cook their favorite meals. To the right of the front door and next to the kitchen, you will find the dining room with seating for 4 as well as a peninsula bar area with bar stool seating for three.
The master suite features a King bed, 43 inch TV, an en-suite bathroom, walk in extra large shower, double vanities, a large walk in closet, and direct access to the backyard.
The second master bedroom is on the other side of the house and features a Queen bed, 43 inch TV. Two large mirrored closets. en-suite bathroom, with soaking tub, shower, and double vanities. A seating area, and its own small patio area to enjoy your morning coffee or tea.
There is a fully equipped laundry area in the garage with a sink. There is also an attached two-car garage and plenty of guest parking across the way.
