We are pleased to advise that all bedroom have flat screen tv's and digital cable. This incredible Florida pool villa will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. In the large open living room area you will find comfortable LEATHER FURNITURE and a massive 65" flatscreen tv. This villa has a gourmet kitchen with all STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES and QUARTZ COUNTER TOPS. You will be amazed with the space provided by the open floor plan.
LED Flat screen was added to the POOL AREA FOR POOL AND HOT TUB VIEWING!! WEBER GAS BBQ was just upgraded!! We also offer a AIR CONDITIONED games/theatre room with slate pool table and full sized stand-up arcade with over 400 classic games - which has been completely over-taken by the characters of MARVEL COMICS!! In the screened pool area you can sip a cool drink next to the natural gas heated, non-overlooked pool & spa which will always ensure warm comfortable water all year round unlike electric heat pumps that fail in the winter months. This area is accented with comfortable pool furniture & lanai to keep you cool on the hot summer Florida days. The back garden of palm trees, banana trees, and birds of paradise plants provide gorgeous tropical views along with plenty of privacy!
