Welcome to The Sunberry, your personal resort getaway in the sun-soaked center of La Quinta! We offer an upscale private home in a lovely cul-de-sac steps from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, featuring the indoor/outdoor living style only La Quinta can offer. With three bedrooms and two baths, The Sunberry is decorated tastefully with vibrant, modern, Palm Springs chic style and every amenity you’ll need to unplug, unwind and feel pampered. This safe and lovely North La Quinta neighborhood is perfect for strolls, bike rides or playing in the park steps away from the house.

-- Beautiful north La Quinta neighborhood with a park and playground across the street, one mile from the world-famous Indian Wells Tennis Garden and a short drive or bike ride to shops and dining along Highway 111.
-- A private heated pool and spa situated among plumerias and palms in a large, lush yard.
-- La Quinta-style indoor/outdoor living, with access to the pool, spa, outdoor dining area, and fire pit seating area from the master and the second living room.

-- The master bedroom, tranquilly decorated in shades of stone and aqua, features a queen Nectar mattress, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and smart TV.
