I write books on leadership psychology and culture change and speak about it globally. We have 2 super awesome children, Dante (11) and Alessandro (8), who may rush out to meet you and give you a hug (they like to meet new people and learn from them).

I personally like creating as a way of life... Avalon is not a commercial venture, it is a work of art that is commercialized. Being creative and connecting function and design is like air to me.

Mostly I travel for work but always add some time for interesting destinations, so far been to 39 countries and am aware of customs and cultures enough to provide Super Awesome service.
