Thank you so much for your feedback, Laura. This is one of our most budget friendly buildings in the area and a great bargain for its amazing location and views! The on-site staff is constantly maintaining it and taking care of its exterior areas. We just stopped by the unit to go through your observations. The water pressure in the master bath was a bit lower but the staff is already working on it. The unit comes with daily maid service and the maid is happy to clean the windows daily upon request. Being located right by the sea, the salinity can cloud the windows a bit throughout the day. At the time of our visit, the windows were clean and we could see the bay clearly. There is a brand new AC unit in the master bedroom and as it's a smaller condo, there has only ever been one AC for the entire apartment. However, we will consider the purchase of another unit. The owner has just ordered a new toaster and coffee pot, those are replaced more often in this area due to the humid environment.
