Step into this open suite that features the most amazing views. Delight in the floor to ceiling windows of this 3rd floor condo situated on Half Moon Bay. Whether you need a tropical getaway from work or are looking to celebrate a special event, La Iguana #6 is the ideal spot to spend your next vacation in the Riviera Maya.

The open floor plan allows you to marvel at the panoramic views of the blue waters of the Caribbean. The kitchen comes fully equipped, so you can prepare Mexican meals inspired by the local fresh produce or enjoy your favorite cocktail in the living room while soaking in the colors of the sunset. The living area and bedroom are both air-conditioned.

This one bedroom suite has a king bed. Enjoy the views of Half Moon Bay while lying in bed, sipping your coffee. Better yet, enjoy breakfast in bed!

Fits the bill

Great location, Great view. The property was nice but needed some updates. It was nice that they came to clean every day. overall a nice place to stay.

Beautiful Oceanside location

Great to see and hear the ocean from this airy and bright condo. Superb snorkeling right outside and even better snorkeling a 3 min walk away at Yal-Ku. Because of the many openable windows and good cross breezes we never needed the AC. The kitchen is meh, the only downside to this place.

We loved this place and are trying to see if we could book a longer stay for our next Mexico trip at Nahil. The host was great and helpful to answer all our concerns. The residents were lovely. The ocean view is gorgeous! The pool was so nice to just have a short walk down the stairs. My only complaints would be a toilet kept not being able to flush and the air conditioning didn't seem to do anything at the levels they wanted it kept. Lastly, know that you have to put your toilet paper in a can and cannot flush it, which is a yuck if you're not used to it. None of the issues would prevent our return, but we would like better air conditioning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent host who moved us from another unit they owned at Del Sol Beachfront to La Iguana due to the seaweed at the Del Sol location. True to their word the seaweed was far better at this place than further south along the bay. There was little to no seaweed at the beach in front of La Iguana and a significant amount further south. Highly recommend this location as the water was far cleaner and better for swimming and snorkeling.

Great beachfront location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved being right on the water and having pools too. Chairs available. Beautiful views from living room. Thank you for drinking water provided, would have liked the condo stocked with basic pantry including coffee. Furniture could use a facelift, cushions faded and torn. Bed comfortable, and great to have AC in bedroom. Walkable to lagoon, restaurants, and basic convenience store. Do recommend bike or golf cart or car for those who can't walk 20-30 min each way.

Best Condo Ever!

The place was impeccably clean from the pool areas, to the stairs leading up to the condo to the condo itself. Hector runs a tight ship and it shows. He takes great pride in making sure the place is spotless. And he is just the sweetest man! We can’t wait to come back to see him and Ivan again! Our maid service was top notch as well. Everything about this place was excellent! Being able to walk out into the water to snorkel without sargassum was another nice feature. The view from our 3rd floor was second to none and we oogled at it every morning! We will definitely be back to La Iguana condos! Thank you!

La Iguana has the most beautiful panoramic views right from your living window, all you need to stay in and cook, or walk a few minutes to one of the awesome restaurants. It was perfectly quaint, with a beautiful place to lay by the water as well as snorkeling right outside of the condo. The AC in our bedroom worked great and kept us cool at night. Truly no complaints about this place if you are looking for a serene getaway.
