Private waterfalls, stream, pond Lake Toxaway Gorges State Park

Home is fully furnished, and beautifully landscaped.

Our cabin has a wilderness setting on 1.5 private acres. Beautiful back yard deck overlooks stream with waterfall. where you can often view wild trout. Open window or screen door and hear the sound of the waterfall throughout the home. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the covered deck out front overlooking a second waterfall. An enclosed Gazebo with swing also sits next to the pond.

The home is spacious with high ceilings. It has a large Master bedroom and two other bedrooms. A large living room, dining room and eat in kitchen with table and large island overlooking pond! All bed linens and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen including dishes and cooking utensils. TV is setup with Roku streaming. A second Roku TV in the Master Bedroom.

The home borders Gorges park which has several streams and waterfalls within walking distance. Upper Whitewater Falls, the e highest waterfall east of the Rockies, is minutes away. The falls plunge an amazing 411 feet!This is an extremely desirable area in North Carolina, close to Cashiers & Highlands. Brevard is a 30-minute drive and Asheville is an hour and 15 minutes away. Area is famous for the many waterfalls in the surrounding regions. Great summer and winter recreation close by, including: hiking, fishing, horseback riding, white water rafting, tubing, etc.

Kick your shoes off and splash around in the crystal clear creek just steps from the living room.

This property can not be rented for more than 30 days during the High Season Months (April, May , June , September & October)

We do not have access to the Sapphire Lodge .

If you see a large black snake, that is "Poopyconder" ( named by one of our grandkids) Please do not kill him. He is a rat snake and helps keep rodents under control. He will not bother you.
