POWDER MONKEY 14 TOWNHOME - 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH - BEDDING: MASTER Bedroom: Pillowtop King Bed, 39" Flat Screen TV/DVD; BR # 2: Pillowtop Queen Bed, 39" Flat Screen TV; BR # 3: Kids Room with Pyramid Bed, 39" Flat screen TV/DVD. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, 1 bedroom on the main floor with a full bath. 60" Flat Screen with BluRay in the Living Room. Washer/Dryer. The loft overlooks Living Room. Walk out the door, you're on the slopes and close to everything. Access to Powder Monkey Lift. Within walking distance to the Western Territory and The Village at Snowshoe's shops & restaurants.

SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITIONING

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community, Ski storage entry, and free Resort Shuttle Service to take you to the Village or Silver Creek (night skiing/tubing).

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.
Ski In / Ski Out

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check-in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of the reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted; no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Best Stay Ever

Hands down the best place very clean, close to everything but yet still away for much needed quiet time. We will stay here again! Communication was top notch.

Powder Monkey 14

Powder Monkey 14 was great! The location is perfect and the property managers were super easy to communicate with. We had some serious cold weather (-30's wind chill) and it was nice having a little extra room for our family of 4 to spread out when we were in the cabin. We would definitely stay here again.

Epic location!

You cannot stay any closer to a lift than this! You can literally ski out from the property's living room (rear deck). The location does NOT disappoint. Keep in mind that the snow groomers come around through the night and around 6:30 AM, so there will be some noise with their activity - but that's fun to watch, even for adults! The check-in and out process needs improvement. It's a pain to have to get / return metal keys at the base of the mountain. The house also needs better cleaning. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but the bed comforters were stained. If you have a group with kids where you want to be able to take easy breaks throughout the day or stop by to see whomever is watching a baby, this is the place to be!

Amazing Location

Can't beat this location! Love the TV/DVD in every room, with easy to access ports. Awesome fireplace in the main room, we used it a ton. The Powder Monkey units we've stayed in are showing their age, and this one is the same. Many outlets don't work or are loose so plugs fall out (realty association brought extension cord upon request but not until the next morning). Heating units in the rooms are also very hard to regulate. We let realty association know of some issues: main room TV remote was broken upon arrival (was clearly at risk because it was all taped up), and no blankets on any of the beds. Kitchen was well-appointed and clean, and we love having the dryer for wet mittens, a huge plus. Would like to see more homey touches and comforts in a place that costs this much, but location is likely driving the price, which it is hands-down AMAZING.

I don't think you could possibly stay closer to the slopes

Fun and cozy spot just feet from the Powdermonkey lift. So fun to sit on the little deck and watch people as they come off the lift. Nice main living area. There were 7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids) and we had a blast.

Excellent Townhome!

We absolutely loved staying at Powder Monkey 14! The location is amazing and the interior is very cozy and inviting. We certainly hope to stay there again!!!

Great location

Very fun place to stay at snowshoe, walk out the door and right onto the slopes, convenient to the village as well Couple little things that could have been improved — locks on the door were not great, drafty through a sliding glass door and actual snow in the living room upon arrival, phone did not work (cell service spotty at snowshoe), cleaning crew not outstanding (gummy bear from previous occupant on floor, etc), management company not responsive That all said, we had a very fun time and if you can set your expectations about the quality of the rental, the location makes it super fun if you are there to ski

Location, location, location!

The location is unbeatable. We would absolutely stay again. We brought our three kids, and my in-laws, and we were all fit comfortably. Our biggest complaints were that the phone didn’t work (and with no cell service this can be an issue), and that the locks on the doors were hard to work/need to be replaced.

Great stay and experience

Great unit in an excellent location. Close to village but seperated enough for added tranquility. Beds are super comfy too! I would rent again when visiting Snowshoe.
