Welcome to Casa Conchita Guest House – a hidden gem in the heart of bustling Sayulita, Mexico. Our property is a tranquil downtown oasis, offering the perfect escape for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant energy of the village.
The Penthouse at Casa Conchita is a newly renovated 2-bedroom vacation apartment, ideal for families or groups. It boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious double bathroom, and a comfortable living/TV room. Enjoy complimentary Netflix, Wi-Fi, and AC in every room.
Casa Conchita is home to an organic coffee bar on the ground floor by day, and an authentic Mexican restaurant, Emiliano’s, by night. The Penthouse is our luxury third-story guest unit, located just steps from the famous Sayulita Surf Beach and only one block from the town plaza. You’ll love being close to all the best restaurants, markets, boutiques, and nightlife Sayulita has to offer.
The Penthouse offers the best views in town, overlooking Main Street, and includes a hidden outdoor patio and BBQ area. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors while meeting fellow travelers staying at Casa Conchita. Start your day with a hot or cold beverage at our #boho coffee shop or grab a bite from our all-day menu. In the evening, unwind with a drink at Emiliano’s, or watch local street performers from the comfort of your patio.

I would go back for sure! I never leave reviews but this house did a very good job! Property manager was so nice and helped a lot whatever I needed very attentive! 10/10! The noice isn’t that bad , I didn’t mind at all , thank you casa Conchita! Muuuuuuy buen trabajo Gracias T!

Busy, central location

The apt was perfect for our first trip to Sayulita. Central location and easy walking distance to beach and shops. Location can be noisy but great energy around.

Busy busy busy!

This clean, comfortable apartment is in the thick of it! Right in the heart of the fun district, a couple easy blocks to the beach. Perfect if you are into a lively scene! The hosts are knowledgeable and kind, and happy to help as needed.

Centrally located to beach, plaza, 2 min walk, Oxxo store across the street.

Great spot to park your car and never move it. All walking distance 2 min. Pictures are great but property has a few cracks and paint peeling, it’s the humidity. Windows could use a bit of cleaning, also dust and rainy season. Great ac which is a must in summer. Great relaxed beach vibe, a gem of a property. During the week restaurants close about 11 and it’s not silent but acceptable noise level for being on Main Street. Saturday night get ready for the EDM to stimulate your senses till late into the morning. It’s a young persons, surf, beach town. People are friendly, relaxed and accommodating. Get ready to relax and unwind.

48hrs to respond to massive leak

Spacious and relatively clean but there were issues: We were unable to close one of the bathroom windows after finding an iguana inside the bathroom, rust on walls under AC units. After a heavy daylong rain on our anniversary, the roof flooded through an outlet behind the TV and onto the floor behind and under the TV which soaked the rug and required us to use all the spare towels. Each of the AC units (both rooms and the bathroom) leaked that entire day and into the next day. We had to push the master bedroom chair and all three heavy wooden desk chairs away from the wall (used our spare beach towels to sop up the water). We immediately reached out to the property manager who was out of town. We saw the cleaner the next day but we didn’t get additional towels the next day. 48 hours after the leaks the property manager finally got back to us with WhatsApp info for the cleaner. I reached out to the cleaner in Spanish and asked that she bring us fresh towels. On our anniversary we had ordered pizza and had leftovers. The next day I tried to reheat the pizza but the oven either has no gas attached to it or the pilot light was out because it never heated (had to microwave the pizza). Overall, we had a roof over our heads but it would have been nice to know about these issues in advance so we might make a more informed decision. We have not been offered any compensation for the day we spent trying to abate water pooling/damage.

Will stay again

We loved the location. The pictures are different than what we found at the place. We would have liked a cleaner sponge and drying rack. There are numerous cracked tiles and cracks on the walls. The blender was broken when we tried to use it so we had to borrow one from the people below us. The recommendations for food were amazing! Definitely will stay again. Some basics like plastic bags and salt shaker were missing from the kitchen. We bought and left many things for the next guest. The breakfast place below the unit is fantastic too!

Clean, cute rental right in the middle of town!

I recently stayed at this property with a group of girlfriends. The place is clean, adorable, and exactly as pictured. Communication with the host was easy and professional with quick responses and immediate assistance when we needed it. The place is literally RIGHT in the middle of town, walking distance to any restaurant, bar, or beach Sayulita has to offer. Some warnings, however. This place is extremely loud at night despite all the windows closed. Given the location, sound travels from nearby bars and people passing by. For someone who is looking for quiet, serene, secluded, or relaxing then this place may not be the best fit. Additionally, one of the sleeping arrangements are bunk beds (as pictured), but please take caution in climbing up the ladder to the top bunk. The floor is concrete and the ladder can slide. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Sayulita and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a spot right in town.

chic, serene apartment - perfect getaway retreat

The Casa Conchita penthouse is an ultra-chic, clean, modern, beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated retreat. We could not have asked for a more comfortable or convenient place to stay. The beds are new, with high- quality mattresses, gorgeous neutral linens, hand-sewn textiles. There's even filtered water in the apartment! Every time we came home, we were happy to be there. Shelby was the perfect host - responding to all our questions, making sure we had what we needed. The street sounds made us feel like we were part of the lively community even when we were inside - I loved all of it. Would strongly recommend for a couple, with or without kids. I'll be back for sure!

Nice, clean apartment in the heart of Sayulita.

This is a very nice, spacious and clean penthouse. The location is fabulous if you want to be in the midst of everything going on. You are literally on the main drag, right above a great coffee shop and another restaurant, and can easily walk everywhere you need to go, including the beach. The only downside was how loud it was. We didn't realize that there was so much "entertainment" on the main street. Drummers, etc. started in around 6pm each day and went well into the wee hours of the morning. If you are looking for nightlife, or are out and about late at night, this would be the perfect place. If you want something quieter, I would recommend something a block or two off the main drag. The owners are extremely kind, helpful and responsive.
