Aqueous Villa is located in the residential neighborhood of Leeward on Providenciales, the most developed island in Turks & Caicos. On Aqueous Villa’s expansive patio, you can immerse yourself in the sensory delight of the gentle trade winds and sound of swaying palms. From its second level, where a gorgeous 14 foot by 35 foot furnished deck overlooks the ocean, you have the best seat in the house for watching Providenciales’ world-famous sunsets.

The calming waves and powder-white sand of our world-famous beaches are just three minutes beyond this beach villa’s doors. Aqueous Villa is within walking distance of Sunset Beach and Pelican Beach, two stunning stretches of sand perfect for lounging with a good book or soaking in the waves. Rental of Aqueous Villa comes with a daily private resort-style lounger and umbrella beach set up on Sunset Beach, a four-seater electric beach cart for easy transport to and from the beach, and portable chairs and a cooler for the adventurous beach hopper.

Each bedroom comes with luxury linens, towels, robes, and bath products, a hotel-style safe, Sonos connectivity, and a Smart TV. This private villa is fully air-conditioned and comes with high speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Great stay with friends

The villa was lovely and the nearby beach was fantastic, made very accessible by the golf cart and daily chair/umbrella service. Jessica was very responsive (even on holidays) and addressed all issues quickly.

Brad and his friends were an absolute delight to have stay with us. They were very pleasant, welcoming, patient and kept the villa in great condition which is always appreciated. It would be our pleasure to welcome them again with us.

Great Family Vacation Home

Beautiful house in immaculate condition. Very safe in gated neighborhood with security. Short walk or cart ride to the beach. House equipped with everything we needed. Back patio and pool area so nice we spent one day just hanging out there. Jessica was a great host, very responsive to all questions, requests and recommendations. Would def stay there again! Thanks!

Simply the best!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was super comfortable and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor area was amazing—especially the swinging chaise, where we spent lots of time relaxing. The beach was just a short walk away and absolutely gorgeous. Each morning, the chairs were already set up, making it so easy and comfortable to enjoy the day. The golf cart made getting around a breeze, although walking was just as convenient. Jessica was a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. Highly recommend! Recommend Okeanos for boat charters! Turks Kabob for lunch! Great take out pizza from Provoli Neapolitan Pizza. Provence Restaurant & Bar was an incredible meal at the chefs table.

Wunderschöne Villa, unweit vom Strand (Buggy steht zur Verfügung) und beste Lage in der Comunity

Wir waren begeistert, die Villa entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage nur 3 min mit dem hauseigenen Buggy für an den Strand war top. Der Strand dort gilt als den schönsten, waren begeistert. Das Haus mit dem Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen, verfügt über alles. Wir würden wieder kommen, können die Villa Aqueous sehr, sehr empfehlen.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Our family (parents, 2 grown kids and their significant others) spent 8 days at the property and loved it. The home was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, the pool was amazing, and the beach access was perfect. Everyone had the right amount of privacy while we also had plenty of time together. Jessica arranged a wonderful outing for us to the North Island, and we arranged other water activities at the beach. We all hope we can visit again!

This vacation was Friends serenaded by God's Grace and Splendor of his love. Overwhelmed by his crystal blue water.

Our sisterhood trip was ordained by God of Grace, Mercy, Joy, Peace and Love. The villa was truly awesome it was truly beyond what we could of visualized. Betsy our travel consultant was very knowledgeable, she was always accessible for constant questions and concerns. We would definitely return to Turks and Caicos, where Aqueous will be our home away from home again, and again.

From start to finish, our stay at Aqueous was fabulous (the house, the PMS staff and even the location).

Can't say enough about this property. From the moment we booked, up until the day we left, it was a stellar experience. Never once were we disappointed. The Palm Management Services staff were very personable, responsive and helpful; truly exceptional in their customer service. The house itself exceeded our expectations. Can't recommend enough.

Incredible!

We booked this villa for a week-long family vacation. We had some last minute passport delays which impacted our dates but property management was extremely helpful in accommodating our changes to still allow for our trip. We were absolutely blown away upon our arrival. The villa is AMAZING! Top tier condition, highly amenitized and simply beautiful. The pool/backyard area is an oasis where you can enjoy a dip in the heated pool or lounge comfortably, away from the world and away from the surrounding villas. Very private. The villa came with a golf cart to shuttle to/from the beach. It’s walkable too, but the golf cart made it extremely easy to get to/from the beach quickly. And the kids loved it too. Speaking of the beach, just stunning. Not very highly trafficked (at most, maybe 15-20 people total at a time), you at most times feel as though you’re on your very own private beach. The water was beautiful turquoise blue, the sand soft white and the tranquility is just unmatched. Lastly, the service of Property Management is exceptional. Shawna, in particular, was fabulous and made our vacation experience beyond seamless. Groceries stocked and waiting for us at arrival, dining and kayaking reservations made on our behalf, delivering pizzas to us PERSONALLY. Simply amazing. Will definitely consider rebooking in the future.
