The living room offers expansive views of the water. There is a large flat screen television in the living room as well. It is open to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen television. It also features access to a private beachfront balcony. The recently renovated private master bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Pool Info: There is a community pool located in Beachside Tennis. The sun deck and gas grills located by the pool are open year round. The pool is open seasonally, typically April 1 through mid-October. Dates are subject to change, the pool is not heated.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking is available at the Beachside Tennis complex. Car passes are an additional $17/pass per week.
