Come see why this 4th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen sized sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have other 3br units and the 4br unit next door on this 4th floor should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great stay and relaxing week!

We had a great time relaxing in your beautiful condo. We had family a friends come for a birthday get away and they all had nothing but great things to say about the condo. We would recommend this place to anybody coming in for a great family get away or just a relaxing week at the beach. Must visit Coastal Restaurant next door. It was a great place to eat!

This beautiful condo is exactly how described and has wonderful accommodations. The kids loved having separate bedrooms & plenty of room to spread out. Everyone enjoyed the spacious balcony, the lazy River, & slide. It’s also so convenient to the beach. We will definitely rent this again if we have the opportunity to visit! Also it’s convenient to walk to Starbucks, restaurants, & Publix supermarket.

The condo was dirty, appliances not in good condition. The only thing good about it was it was big - plenty of room. Inside living furniture should be replaced. Patio furniture was good. Beaches were dirty - never drug the beach whole time there - trash everywhere. Won't be coming back to OB. Even hostess at restaurants were rude.

Great with minor issues!!!

Everything was great except refrigerator went out and we lost our food, dishwasher had to be repaired, last day the ice maker stopped but was making ice again the morning we left! None of this took away from a great place to stay and enjoy our time on the beach! The appliances were fixed the day we called and should be ready for the next family!

Awesome stay

We spent a week in Orange Beach! We loved the property we stayed at! Everything was decently cleaned. Housekeeper was still cleaning at our check in time so I think she was a little rushed, some things could’ve been cleaner! Sand piled under bathroom counters and furniture is stained inside and outside. Other than that it was perfect! Beds were clean, had plenty of towels for the week! One of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed at.

HOT, humid and rainy at Orange Beach

We had a fun filled week with the family during our stay. The property was moderate in cleanliness for the common areas and our condo was below average for furnishing cleanliness. The sofas, rug and side chairs in the living area were dirty and the master BR sheets we extremely thin and worn out. The unit was large and comfortable for our stay but I expected more quality for the price.

Our visit

We had problems with the stove but was resolved in a timely manner. I would maybe better stock on cookware in kitchen. Over all it was pretty clean. But in the first bathroom there was mold on showe door and the toilet seat across the hall was broken. The faucet in kitchen is loose. The rug in den area is really dirty. But we had a great time thank you.

Annual Vacay for sure!

This was my first booking with VRBO. This condo was perfect in every way. The ease of parking on the same floor the condo was on made the movement of luggage to room a breeze. Beachfront was stunning with easy private access. The balcony to our room not only faced the beautiful beach but was right over the lazy River and water slide which was perfect for my mom to see kids from balcony playing while we we’re in pool. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could think of that you need for vacation cooking. Right behind the condo was access to Publix and many other stores and restaurants. WiFi worked great. Garbage chute on same floor for garbage. Loved, loved, loved this stay and will be back for sure!

The Patio was awesome

We were a little disappointed in this condo. It needs updating and several bar stools were broken, It could have been cleaner. Floors sticky. The kitchen did have lots of dishes and utensils. Several lights were out. Their ice maker and air conditioner were great. The sliding glass door was off the track , but maintenance came and did work on it. Overall we were satisfied.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo! One of the best things was the outdoor furniture was so comfortable. We would rent this unit again. I do have a few suggestions: the mattress in the master bedroom is extremely hard and has ruts on both sides. The bedroom on the left has very squeaky beds that woke you up if you moved. There was mold in the master bedrooms shower. These weren’t things that spoiled our stay. I just felt I needed to pass this along as suggestions.

Needs some love

It was not clean when we arrived. Our feet were black from walking 10 minutes on them. Charlie sent in someone to clean floors……the cleaner agreed they had not been cleaned. There was not sufficient initial supply of many things….had a sliver of soap that lasted 1 day we had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths in master bath. . We have always had more to start with. Light bulb was out in master bedroom lamp. Overall the bed linens were cheap and small for the master. This was a big step down from where we stayed last year in Phoenix Orange Beach. The beds squeaked really really bad in back bedroom. Shower head was coming out of wall in that bedroom. After an hour of drying clothes they weren’t dry. Dishwasher didn’t work well. We will find another place to stay next summer. Can’t trust the pictures!!!!
