Come see why this 7th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have the 3br unit next door and the 4br condo on this 7th floor should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great family friendly spot!

Great location, close to great restaurants. Spacious and well stocked. Lazy river and indoor pool were perfect for the kids. Would stay here again.

Family Summer Fun

We had great stay. The access to the beach from the property and pool area was just perfect! The condo was just what we needed for our large crew to enjoy a week away!

Husband bday trip

The location of this property was excellent could not have been better! The views of the beach was absolutely breathtaking! The condo overall was in good shape very easy to assessable no elevator was needed, how ever I do feel like the housekeepers could do better in cleaning the property. Would definitely recommend.

Great vacation

Very pleased with our stay. The condo was spacious enough for the eight(5 adults & 3 kids) of us. We never felt crowded. Great location. Pools are nice, even though it was cold while we were there our kids still enjoyed the slide and lazy river some. Definitely would come back!

Great condo for our family trip

We were so happy with the condo. It was the perfect setup for our family. Everyone had their own bathroom, the condo was very spacious and just as it was pictured. Checking in process was simple and loved the location of the property. Easy access to the beach and parking on the same level was a big plus. We will definitely check this one for availability, when booking future family trips.

Nice condo!!!

Had a great week and enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check in was easy and the condo was very nice and clean. Had a great view and the parking situation was very convenient. The only complaint I have is that any time any water in the condo was on ( shower, sink , washer , or toilet flushing ) there was a very loud noise that you could hear throughout the condo. It was very irritating as it sounded like a ship horn.

Great Stay

Everything went smoothly, absolutely no disappointments. Condo is convenient to everything needed, the parking set up is great with the 7th floor entrance directly from the garage ( no elevator needed) and the condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook and entertain. We did buy and leave a can opener, the one there was broken, but it wasn’t a big deal. We loved the well appointed balcony and despite the colder temperatures, we spent significant time enjoying the beach views and sunrise /sunsets. We would definitely return and rent this unit again.

Simply.....WOW!

My family has traveled a lot. Used many VRBO sites, but this one..... hands down gorgeous and much more than we expected. The ease of walking from the parking lot directly to the floor and room. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The weather was not the best but the facility has many things to do there. It is in the heart of shopping. There are souvenir shops within 5 minutes. Walmart and Publix across the street. The communication was outstanding. The employees at the lobby desk were so kind and friendly. Cannot wait to book again!

Great location! Needs a good cleaning!

Beautiful view, great location. Condo was not ready at stated time of 4:30. Was 6:00 before we could get in as cleaning lady was still there. Entire condo could use a deep clean, especially under sink rims, around commodes, ceiling fans, and under beds (had to search for dropped meds so got a good look). Bathrooms could use a soap dish. Toilet paper holder in one bathroom was broken. One of the drawers in the refrigerator was broken and unusable. Rug needs to be cleaned or replaced. Very real danger of tripping on the rug corners, especially for seniors. Sofas could use a good cleaning, especially the sofa arms. Not enough wash clothes and towels for 8-10 people. Had to wash towels everyday and the dryer takes forever to dry! Kitchen could use a couple more dish towels. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Dining table is big enough for 8 chairs but only has 6 so a couple of side chairs to pull up to table would be nice since the stools are too tall. Beds were comfortable with firm mattresses. Size of condo was good for 10. Great size balcony! Very close to ocean. Lazy River and pool were good. Parking was excellent. Our condo was on 7th floor and it had parking right outside of the condo. Attempted to contact property manager twice by the email given in original email, with no response. All in all, we enjoyed our stay: however, for the money we paid, we had higher expectations, especially for cleanliness.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful unit! We usually stay at the Hilton grand vacations club resorts, and this one was just as good. The outdoor seating area is a wonderful place to hang out and listen to the ocean. The unit was large enough for the babies to take naps in the front bedrooms. I read that it was not clean however, it was very clean when we got there.Great location and easy to get to the beach. They want $40 a day for two chairs and an umbrella so bring your own. Right across from the grocery stores and restaurants so you don’t even need a car. If you go to the grocery store and get fresh shrimp, they will steam it for you while you shop... That way the unit won’t smell fishy.We really liked the idea of the covered zero entry, swimming pool. After a long day at the beach, it was good to get out of the sun! The little ones never got burnt. There is a good beachfront restaurant within walking distance. The only thing wrong was there was a broken drawer in the refrigerator when we got there. I called to let them know, but nobody got back to me.

The rug in the great room was very dirty with ground in dirt and sand. There were two vacuums neither of which worked very well. The mop was disgusting. The floors were dirty when we arrived but the management had the main area washed again. The pots and pans were mostly scratched up Teflon. Management did provide a saucepan and frying pan that was new. The beds were fine. We had a baby crawling on the floors so it was disappointing about the floors and rug. The beach was great, the indoor and outdoor pool was great. The building was great! The property could have been great with some kitchen upgrades and a new rug and a decent vacuum.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful. Very nicely furnished and the kitchen is very well stocked. Our only complaint was the cleanliness. On arrival we walked through the condo and the first thing we noticed was a lot of "something brown" on the coverlet that was on one of the beds. Yikes! Of course you know what we thought it was! Our 5 year old granddaughter took it upon herself to figure out what it was. She proudly walked into the living room and announced, "it's not poop, it smells like it came off of a cupcake!" LOL Well it was chocolate, but my question was how did someone make the bed and not notice that?!?! The bathrooms all had mold growing in the caulk lines, the floors needed to be cleaned, the oven had been sprayed with oven cleaner but not wiped out. I found a new shower curtain liner in the laundry area and replaced the one that was covered with mold before our other family members arrived bc I was embarrassed! When someone from the cleaning company came to replace the coverlet, I mentioned to him the fact that it wasn't very clean, he told me that it only got a deep cleaning every 6 months. SMH. Would we stay here again? Yes. Did the cleanliness hamper our stay? Yes. Did it ruin our vacation? No. The other thing that bothered us was the quality of the bed sheets. They were very thin and flimsy. I will be taking my own sheets next time! It's a shame to have such a nice condo and it not be cleaner. There is a walmart neighborhood market across the street and several other stores that make it very convenient. The parking was great in that we didn't have to use an elevator to load or unload the car.
