This two bedroom/two bath Loft is in a great Naples location, within close proximity to Downtown Naples and Tin City. The Loft has high vaulted "beach house" ceilings, travertine floors and a spacious open interior to cultivate ambiance throughout. The well appointed kitchen has white cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook in style!

Both bedrooms have a bath with a shower adjacent to them for privacy and convenience. Sip coffee or read on the private side deck off the front bedroom. It is beautifully appointed with a comfortable outdoor sectional, table and chairs. The back bedroom overlooks the gorgeous canal which leads into fabulous Naples Bay. Walk down from the back bedroom to the expansive brick patio by the dock to sit and watch boats float by.

In addition to the two bedrooms, this second floor loft has a queen Murphy bed in the living area and a daybed in the back bedroom with a trundle. There is no elevator.

Beautiful condo

The location of the condo was great. It's in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was big. We really enjoyed being on the channel. We also appreciated having our dog with us! Thank you Holly! We would love to stay again!

Naples waterfront

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Directly on canal with a great dock for our boat. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. We loved the accessibility to bike trails and restaurants. There is no controlling Mother Nature but, the condos below us on the ground floor were being repaired from hurricane damage. There was construction and constant workers inside and outside the property on average 6 days a week. Which made it noisy and not enjoyable to use the patio beside the canal. The water was shut off two days during our visit and we were not given any notice. There were many construction trucks and a dumpster in the driveway that at times we were unable to park in the driveway. With that said, if there had not been a hurricane then our stay would have been perfect! We would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Rental and Excellent Time to Be in Florida

We stayed February and most of March 2022. The accommodations are very nice and it has everything you need for a stay. The area is great for walking with canal (we enjoyed being on the canal and seeing the wildlife and boats) and bay views. We really like the Royal Harbor location because it allows you to be able to walk to 5th Ave in about 15 minutes. We had a problem with the AC but the owner, Holly had someone come and fix it within an hour. We will rent in the future because we really like the condo and Holly is a sweetheart to deal with.

Beautiful home!

Holly’s place was lovely! We enjoyed sitting out by the canal and we saw manatees one morning. Holly was quick to answer any of our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Holly's home was the perfect weekend getaway. It is in a great location, just a quick walk or drive to downtown Naples. The home is beautiful and spacious. Holly was a wonderful host and we can't wait to return.

Perfect spot

This apartment is fantastic. It’s well decorated, spacious, and such an easy location to downtown Naples. Being on the water is great and there is a nice deck off the front room. Ceilings are high and being on the top floor has a nice water view. Would recommend for friends, work, or a family with older kids.

Great stay!

We stayed for a long weekend and felt like this was our Oasis. Everything was just perfect, including the unit, the gaslit fireplace outside, and Holly's hospitality. Would stay again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property in a convenient location

Our extended family was all in Naples to celebrate the holidays together. While we spent most of our time at a family member’s home, we 4 adults loved returning to the peaceful confines of Holly’s condo. Soggy weather prevented us from relaxing by the canal and the fire table but we enjoyed the comfort of the gorgeous indoors. The location was convenient for us as we enjoyed the bustle and lights on 5th Ave., the food trucks in Celebration Park and Naples Botanical Garden. Just perfect.

Great home close to downtown Naples

We had a great stay at this beautiful waterfront property while in town in November for the food and wine festival. The two bedroom two bath property was perfect for our party of two couples. It is decorated like a restoration hardware catalog with upscale beachy furniture and accessories. The outdoor patio and fire table area by the water was perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood was very safe and a very short drive to the 5th ave area of Naples which is a lively combination of coffee shops, retail boutiques and restaurants. The owner was super responsive and made the check in and check out process very efficient and easy.

Great Naples Location

Loved staying on the water in Naples. The loft is beautifully decorated with a big kitchen and comfortable beds to rest our heads when we weren’t out on the water. Easy boat ride to Keewaydin Island, Paradise Found🏝
