Lounge around the salt water infinity pool, enjoy the amazing Bay views, have a masseuse come to your Casa and be served by your own private chef. Our guest services team can help you set up all that you desire during your stay . You never need to leave the Villa!

Villa Poema de Amor is visible from anywhere on Sayulita Bay and perfectly located. Perched on the south end of the bay, directly above Villa Amor, Villa Poema de Amor with it's iconic blue domes features beautiful views of the jungle, ocean and Sayulita Bay, beach & town. Watch the surfers ride waves from your windows and the fishermen coming into shore with their daily catch.

Casa Neruda has a Master bedroom with King bed, ocean views, it's own balcony and a beautiful master bathroom with large shower with windows overlooking the Bay, exquisite rounded cabinetry, hand painted sink and romantic artistic touches. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed and overlooks town and the Sayulita Beach. There is also a 2nd bathroom with shower. Casa Neruda has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining area/front room which includes table for 4, a fold out couch and a 2nd balcony.

Sayulita has become mucho popular for its romantic bay views, rustic-chic surfing vibe and its unique Bohemian lifestyle! As a bi-product, there are many new buildings going up across the whole town. (We have an inactive site next to us that has been inactive for over a year and no signs of being finished so our Villa is quieter than most places in town. )

The same gorgeous peaceful views from our salt water infinity pool and deck await you as well as the calm lull of the ocean waves at night. Happy to answer any of your questions.

Town and the beaches are a 15 minute walk on the back dirt and cobblestone roads. We suggest you have a flashlight with you at night as there are places that there are no streetlights. We also suggest renting a golf cart which our guest services team can help you set up and have delivered to the Villa. We accommodate 4 golf carts and have charging outlets in our gated parking. Taxis are easy to get too and cost about $5-$7 each way.

This is a fabulous opportunity to stay at one of the most beautiful and iconic Villas in Sayulita. Perched on the hill on the south side of the bay, you can see our majestic blue domes and elegant rounded architecture from anywhere on the Bay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Poema de Amore! Beautiful sunrise from the Villa and outstanding views!! Short walk to town.. Our host, Omar, was wonderful and made sure we were taken care of!

Beautiful spot above the bay

Wonderful property, great views, the dipping pool is a big plus, hosts were very attentive and accommodating. The only thing I'd change is that it is listed as 3 bedroom and there are only 2. The futon is in the kitchen.

Relaxing with a view

Its such a great location, with a view of the bay and a 5 min golf cart drive from all the action. RENT A CART! Its a long walk, especially for littles. There is a hotel being constucted right next door, ehich is SO disappointing, you need to close shades to get privacy from workers now, when its occupied, you wont have much privacy. Fell asleep to waves and overlapping music, woke up to birds and waves and a gorgeous sunrise. The shower is as magical as it looks, the view from the pool is perfect. Its a piece of heaven.Property was expertly managed, they will help you with everything you ask for. Super stay, will be back!

Neruda-An artistic gem with a superb view

My family and I spent a week in this artistic, beautifully designed space with a fantastic view of the beach, jungle and ocean. The manager, owner, staff were all responsive and helpful. I gave this place a 5 stars because of the wonderful atmosphere even though their are some fixes to a faucet, oven, utensils etc that were needed. The manager quickly responded, although there were still a few maintenance items left to do. The road to the home is dirt, potholed, and steep so be aware! The view is worth the walk or drive. It is Mexico and the entire one day we and the town had no internet and later zoom was slow. So, don’t plan on working on line in this area consistently! The minor nuisances did not spoil our stay and I would definitely return to this dreamy setting.

A busy getaway

Pros:-Excellent staff! All of them! The property mgr, Ester, maintenance, Mario, cleaners and gardener. -Well supplied - towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, awesome dishes, glassware, silverware and kitchen gadgets.-Very clean, comfortable and BEAUTIFULLY built.-Location. It's outside the hustle and bustle, so you get a reprieve from "the busy" of the city. It was VERY busy.Cons:-We had several issues over our week stay: we experienced no hot water, no water, low water pressure in 2nd bathroom shower, gate code not working - we couldn't get out. The staff was on top of everything, they were just very busy.-The "stunning" views are no longer. We are terribly sad for the owners that the ugly behemoth of a building has gone up and blocked the views the Villa was built to enjoy. And there was active construction EVERY day sans New Years day. Jackhammering, hammering,drills, lots of talking, all starting around 8:30am. The workers don't hesitate to entertain themselves by looking in your windows either. Then there is the building on the right of the property. It is unfinished in the back and its roof boasts 3 bayview blocking Palapas.-It was noisy - I believe this was due to the time of year, but the techno music coming off the beach was nightly and lasted late. We would have appreciated knowing what we've shared before we had gone and hope this helps others along their travels as well.

Beautiful Circles

Every room is a circle in this beautiful place. The atmosphere is amazing and plush. Views from every window and close to the beach. The property managers have tried to think of everything to make your stay effortless and relaxing. Inez and her husband live on site and take care of the property. They are very nice and helpful. Great beds and bedding. The road leading up to this property is very bumpy and a bit treacherous. We used the back gate to go through the cemetery to get to the beach and town. That was not possible if coming home after dark. We took a taxi home. Totally worth it. We had a wonderful experience. We love to boogie board and the main beach was perfect. We rented chairs and umbrellas at the beach. There are lots of persistent vendors which can be annoying. Everyone is trying to make a living.

When I am not overlooking the beautiful bay of Sayulita, I live in a small, culturally rich town, Ashland, in Southern Oregon. Home of the Oregon Shakespearean Festival, Ashland offers great theater, a vibrant arts community and lots of good restaurants! I am a realtor and also teach Psychology at Southern Oregon University. I have a passion for poetry and for being on water which are the two inspirations for my designing and building Villa Poema de Amor, Villa Love Poem.

What Makes this Villa Unique?
Designed by architect, Miquel Valverdez and built by Arturo Fernandez, Villa Poema de Amor is like no other villa in Sayulita. Perched on the south tip of the bay it has beautiful views of the jungle, Sayulita Bay, beach and town. The architecture too, is unique. Inspired by my travels to Greece, the blue cupolas can be seen from most anywhere in Sayulita, right above Villa Amor. All the rooms are furnished with custom built and carved furniture and many pieces are curved like the soft rounded walls. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed and artfully made by local artisans, including hand painted sinks, hand carved furniture and mirrors, playful accents in the ceramic floors, unique and custom wrought iron railings and accents and carefully chosen art. The rounded brick cupolas in every room of the top floor, Casa Rumi, are architecturally stunning. This romantic villa was lovingly crafted with attention paid to every detail.

In designing Villa Poema I wanted to reflect the romance of this exquisite location overlooking the sea, naming it Villa Poema de Amor after my two passions…love and poetry. I named each of the individual casas after poets: Tucked below the Villa, Casita Zen, is the small casita named after the poet that built this Villa. First floor, Casa Hafiz (Persian poet Hafiz) & Casa Lorca (Spanish poet Fredrico Garcia Lorca); second floor, Casa Neruda (Chilean poet, Pablo Neruda); and third floor, Casa Rumi (world’s most revered love poet, Persian poet, Rumi).

I look forward to sharing this very special place with you and hope you will enjoy your memories long after.

Why Sayulita
I first came to Sayulita in 2003 and fell in love with what was, at the time, a sleepy little fishing and surfing village! While Sayulita has become far more popular and discovered since then, it has always kept me in awe of its natural beauty. I still enjoy walking on the beach and all the wonderful options for yoga in town. For a small town Sayulita also has a lot going on, many activities to enjoy and nearby places to explore.
