We absolutely loved this house. It was our third year visiting Cape Coral and this house is by far the BEST house we have ever stayed in! Could not recommend more!

The house had great space! Extra items in the garage helped with beach days and pool items. Beds were very comfortable, pool was great!Our two hiccups were: Microwave was not working when arrived- took about 3 days to repair and under water pool lights would not work for us. Overall a great stay and would stay there again!

Amazing time at this beautiful & comfortable home. View & sunsets were amazing, every night even with a few storms always cleared up for sunset. Well equipped & beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful house on a beautiful lake! We even had dolphins swim under the dock. Great location in Cape Coral and the house had all needed amenities.

We had a great week! The house was immaculate when we checked in. It is well stocked and we had everything we needed. We were amazed at how quiet and peaceful the lake was, even on the weekends. The house is also conveniently located with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. We were able to easily go where we wanted and easily get back to relax. Rotary Park is a gem and only half a block away. I'd recommend this property to anyone!

This was the cleanest and most relaxing VBRO we have stayed at. Perfect location, the pool and hot tub were simply amazing. Hours and hours of fishing off the dock. Lots of cozy blankets to curl up in with my coffee, relaxing, looking out at the water. All of the window windows and glass doors made for the most beautiful views! We will most definitely return! Excellent location with many restaurants close by and the beach within 30 minutes. We enjoyed the local boutiques and local coffee shops.

Amazing stay. Just as pictured. All beds very comfortable, including full size bunks. Perfect location, not far from Ft Myers Beach (get a day pass at Margaritaville!) and awesome restaurants. Spa was very easy to use on the app, so we could change the temperature from any room in the house. Heated pool looks out onto the water-amazing sunset view. A lot of nice welcoming touches as well. Thank you for having us.

Great house!

Loved the house and location. Great views of the lake and sunsets out back. Great layout for large family, lots of space for everyone. House was clean and beds were comfortable all around. Would recommend and would stay again!

We fully enjoyed our stay here! The sunsets every night were perfection. The pool and hot tub were clean and water temps were great. Plenty of seating for everyone and nice to enjoy the pier and plenty of options to have either full sun or full shade. They had pool floats and pool toys; which was a nice surprise! We went to Sanibel and Captiva Islands as well as Fort Myers beach…the house had beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler—everything we needed to go to the beach! The house was comfortable, very clean and spacious. Everything was well stocked.

We had the absolute best time staying here! Everything about the house was perfect. The inside of the home is beautiful. The outside area was amazing. Pool, dock, fishing - all 5 star! We were able to see manatees swimming by the dock and our last night we saw a bunch of dolphins. We would stay here again and we actually tried for next year but it’s already booked! Amazing property with a gorgeous view!

Wonderful stay and family time!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful home and lots to do nearby. Great dinner at Pinchers. Great gelato and shops at Cape Harbor. Great pizza from Overtime. The garage had umbrellas and chairs to bring to the beach. This is the perfect home with everything you need for a relaxing get away.

Pure perfection for a family vacation!

We LOVED this home & made priceless memories lounging by the pool/hot tub, staring out over the dock, watching the sunset & laughing w/family. The owners were welcoming & so easy to work with & the home had everything needed for a relaxing vacation in a serene location. Cannot say enough positive about our experience & all the memories made!

Family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at “Margarita Villa”. The home was clean and just like the pictures. The view of the lake was amazing. We enjoyed going to local stores, Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. We will definitely be back

Everything was wonderful, however, the beds were a bit soft for us along with not supplying enough essential's such as toilet paper and trash bags for a week long stay of 4 adults.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Margarita! Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock out back and caught a variety of fish. We saw a dolphin on our last morning. The house was well stocked and made cooking at home all week very easy. The views made every evening peaceful whether it was under the lanai or out at the dock. Bonus was the amount of beach gear! There are so many places to shop, eat, and explore nearby. Couldn’t recommend this house enough!

One Week in June

We booked this because of the amazing lake view and it was even better in person. The property manager responded immediately on an issue and it was very clean and organized when we arrived. The location is close to the lowest bridge to ft Myers which makes it the most convenient in Cape Coral.

Spring Break 23

House was perfect for all of us to find our happy spots. Pool, hot tub, waterside, shady seats -- all used. Sunsets were great and walked daily to Rotary Park for fun or weekend activities. Area and house are still being rebuilt from Hurricane, but it didn't hamper us much (one nearby restaurant was still closed). Recommended!

Great EsCAPE

We have been coming to Cape Coral for six years, renting different properties in the area. This house if definitely one of the best. The location is near great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The western exposure provides great sunsets over the lake. Our family really enjoyed the wonderful pool and lanai. And I can’t say enough about Jill the property manager who was so gracious and accessible to our every needs. The house was well equipped with everything needed for a fun filled vacation. Thanks for the memories.
