Enjoy this beautiful condo on your next beach getaway. It's fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. You will have access to an indoor pool, sauna, and six outdoor pools on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds.There are also tennis courts available.

This condo is a short walk from the sugar-sand beach and boardwalk, where you can enjoy activities like swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, and fishing! More fun awaits at Gulf State Park, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Adventure Island Amusement Center, and Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge - all a short drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Just okay

This condo was just okay. I feel like the photos were a little deceptive. It is very dark and needs better lighting. There were four of us staying in this condo and we knew before arrival that there was not laundry in this unit. They only provided us with one days worth of towels. We had to wash them every day. There were no pot holders to use when cooking. We had to use the wash cloths that were sparse to begin with. The chairs and umbrella provided at the beach was very nice, but we don’t feel like it was worth the money we paid.

Plantation Dunes

Liked the location and beach. Several amenities that helped the vacation. Also beach chairs and umbrella was nice. Smaller than we thought with six adults with limited sleeping. I would recommend this condo to others.

Clean

We have been staying at the plantation for about 12 years now and have noticed the cleanliness and attention to detail really going down hill the last few years. We got to our condo this year and it was clean and updated! We couldn’t have been happier. It has amazing appliances and furniture and was the cleanest condo we’ve stayed in for about 3-4 years now. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it could really use a few more dishes and the kitchen could be better stocked. Otherwise thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Incredible vacation spot

We were more than impressed with our stay. The location was ideal with a stunning view of the ocean and service was superior. Everything was clean and well maintained. So many amenities to keep our family of six busy for a memorable week. Thank you!

Perfect!!!

Has absolutely everything you need from kitchen appliances and utensils to an outstanding on-site restaurant! The location is perfect to view the sunrise, beach, and pool areas! Loved the updated furniture and overall peacefulness!

Gulf Shores Condo

The condo has very nice appliances and furniture, comfortable beds as well. Great view of the beach and location. However, the condo was not clean at all upon arrival. The dust was about 3 inch thick on almost everything and the floor had dirt and hair on it. I had to wipe almost all of the furniture and ceiling fans down upon arrival, as well as sweep before we could even unpack. I just think the cleaning services that Vacasa is using really needs to step their game up. I should not have had to basically clean the entire condo! Overall we enjoyed our stay here though, just think the cleaning needs to be brought up to par.

Nice View ... enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. The view from the balcony was so nice. King bed in master bedroom slept comfortable. Small condo but had all the room we needed. Nice appliances. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo

This condo had new appliances and new furniture. The grounds are nice and have different pools to choose from. The sassy bass cafe and kiva dunes cafes were surprisingly delicious. (we’ve had bad experience with on site eateries in the past) We enjoyed our stay.

Covid-19 Get Away

Had everything you need. A cart to haul everything down to the beach would be helpful, but other than that, it was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Appliances were very new. This building by far is the best out of all Plantation. Started out at building 3.. no way!! I wouldn’t send my cat to stay there! Gross! I would never stay at building 1,2 or 3! The owners of the first place they tried to put us up, obviously don’t take care of the place. Thank god Hope at Vacasa takes care of her renters. Thank you Hope for saving our vacation!

Great location and price!

Absolutely love the location of this condo. It was a perfect get away for a family trip. The pier walks you out right to the beach, which is so helpful when you have a wagon full of beach toys and kids. Condo had plenty of room and was clean. Only a few things wrong that the owners might want to get fixed: 1. The fan did not work in the master bedroom. 2. The TV didn't work in the guest room. 3. The window by the TV in the living room leaked due to a strong storm that came through. Everything was great and I will definitely be staying here again!
