SUNsational 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with sofa sleeper to accommodate 6 guests. Unit has amazing intercoastal water views from master bedroom and living room on 24 foot private balcony. Enjoy many amenities including the pool, hot tub, women and mens sauna, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffle board, putting green, dock for fishing or dolphin and manatee watching and gas grills for barbecuing. Short walk with easy access to fabulous beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Easy and affordable Trolley access. Weekly rentals make this unit extraordinary and affordable! Nice water view with sunrise views. Well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation!!!

We were thrilled with the condo and its location. The property owner was quick to respond to my questions and provided everything we needed for an amazing vacation. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location.

Owner has all the things needed to enjoy the area, beach accessories coolers, beach towels and umbrella and chairs.A short walk to easy beach access. The intercoastal is so peaceful and beautiful. Very clean and comfortable condo. Owner was very responsive and very friendly.

Great family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! Great view from the balcony watching dolphins and manatees while sipping coffee in the morning! Kids (13 and 15) had the best time playing tennis, swimming and going to nearby mini putt :-)

Great time and loved the location, nice neighbors, we had a wonderful stay. Darlene was very responsive answering our questions. Recommend Joe and Darlene’s place for your stay. Their condo is very well equipped with everything you need. Looking forward to going back.

Snowbirds winter 2024

Great complex and felt at home in Joe and Darlene's condo. Very well equipped and good neighbors. So close to beach and enjoyed the dolphins and manatees from the deck and grounds. Looking forward to next year!

Comforting condo near the beach

We had a great stay! It was a comfortable two bedroom with a king bed and 2 twins in the other room and a pull out couch if needed. The kitchen had everything we needed, all utensils and dishes plus it had spices and cream and sugar for coffee and even some cocktail shakers. We were impressed by all the beach stuff - many many beach chairs, a few boogie boards, sport toys, kid toys, noodles to float, beach bag, beach towels and many different coolers. It was great! We didn't have to buy anything for that. Our condo also overlooked the waterway so we got to see some dolphins swimming through there. The pool was nice but the hot tub wasn't working, that was the only downfall. There are also golf clubs in the unit to use for free, a putting green onsite, a mini golf place next door and a shuffle board game onsite to use for free as well.

The owner was very helpful to us when we had a question. Answered us very quickly. Very pleasant person. Wonderful condo. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to all restaurants and activities. The condo was under construction, but all workers were very nice. Really noisy first day but they moved on down the line of condos, away from us after that. Not many people staying at the other condos, probably because of the construction going on. The views in the evening from the balcony were very calming during the week. We saw dolphins everyday! My husband fished off the dock in the evenings too. We are older and didn't use the pool or other amenities outside. They all looked very nice though. The laundry rooms were great. We did use them. We ate out mostly, so didn't use the kitchen a lot. It is also fully equipped with anything you want to cook, and has plenty of nice appliances. On the weekend, all sorts of boats came down the Narrows and was fun to watch. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Eine Auszeit in Indian Shores

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt in der Anlage. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir benötigten um eine entspannte Zeit dort zu verbringen. Morgens auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken ist traumhaft.Die Verständigung mir den Eigrntümer hat super geklappt.Für Technikfrigs ist alles auf dem neusten Stand. Ich hätte mir allerdings in der Küche ein paar neuere Töpfe und Pfannen gewünschst. Ansonsten haben wir uns gut erholt. Vielen Dank nochmal.

The condo was perfect . Really enjoyed the balcony view of the boats and dolphins. Excellent communication and really appreciated the many extras such as beach chairs, beach towels, cooler. Will definitely stay here again….

Location offsets any negatives

The good: very clean, great spot on intercoastal, nice tennis courts, great pool, lovely patio, easy beach access, nice ice making machine. Well stocked beach supplies, however they are all stored in the bedroom two closet so there is little room to hang clothes. No dishwasher pods, 3 garbage bags. If you stay a week, bring extra toilet paper and your own shower soap. Nice furniture in living room. Beds in second bedroom are very soft and slanted. Good for little people but not adults. Biggest issue was how very slippery the shower is and there was no bath mat. We used a towel. Owners are very responsive.

Great beach condo

I enjoyed my stay here for 2 months of winter weather up north. It was very clean and welcoming. Very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone seeking enjoying the beach but not paying beach front rates. You just walk across Gulf Blvd to the beach, but I enjoy sitting on my balcony over looking the Intercostal and watching the many boats go by. It also has a lovely tennis community with friendly people welcoming you to play. Will come back again! Kay from Ohio

Condo très propre et bien équipé (parasol, chaise de plage, serviette de plage, jeu pour le sable,...). Il est situé à quelques pas de marche de la plage, ce qui est vraiment super!

Beautiful, well equipped condo

The condo was very nice and comfortable. They provide some extras that a lot of condos don’t like dish soap, laundry detergent, multitude of beach items and chairs, etc. which is really nice. The pool and hot tub were great temperatures. You can see the ocean from outside the front door. Location was great- easy access to the beach paths cross walks and restaurants are nearby. It would be nice to have more than one key, but other than that no complaints. We would stay again!
