Our beautiful PENTHOUSE UNIT at BEACHPLACE, named “Bird’s Eye View”, has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the moment you open the front door, and the turquoise blue water can be enjoyed from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room. The guest room and back side of the kitchen look out over Sarasota Bay and downtown Sarasota in the distance.
My husband and I started coming to Beachplace as kids…and we have enjoyed many vacations on the famous powder white sand of Longboat Key. This building is our favorite at Beachplace! As you enter the unit, you have gorgeous views of Sarasota Bay and the downtown cityscape, and then just when you think it can't get any better, you open the door to the turquoise blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. Open up the brand new double sliders from the living room and master bedroom and let the relaxing sound of the ocean put you instantly into vacation mode. At night, the view changes and you get to enjoy the palms twinkling in front of the dark sea lit up by the moonlight. We love the Penthouse Units at Beachplace because the balconies are twice a big. Enjoy a glass of wine with guests in the evenings, and savor your privacy in the morning - walk straight out the double slider from your master bedroom onto the balcony for coffee without waking the kids or your visiting guests! (We have a Nespresso machine in the Master just for this reason!) And if you are "working-from-home" you'll have no need for a fake beach Zoom background while at our condo! We have high-speed internet your colleagues will envy, and even an outlet on the balcony if you like working outside.
People often ask how long it takes to walk to the beach so we timed it for you - less than three minutes when walking on the resort sidewalk past the pool. Beachplace amenities are all easily accessed by paved walkways, and Beachplace has 4 beach access ramps with shower stations to rinse off sand and salt. This unit is nicely updated with new hurricane windows and sliders, new LVP floors throughout, off-white cabinetry, updated tile & marble tops in the bathrooms, granite & stainless steel in the kitchen, and high-end furnishings throughout. PLEASE NOTE: RATES LISTED ON CALENDAR ARE MONTHLY RATES. Beachplace allows one rental per 28 days. There is a 13% tax, one-time post-visit cleaning fee of $200.00 (cleaning services can be arranged as often as you’d like for an additional fee), and an administration fee of $250.00. Please note that Beachplace allows remodeling during the off season, May - November, as is the policy at many condominiums in Florida. This is reflected in the rent.
We book our guests on a first come, first serve basis. Unfortunately, we cannot put the property on hold. We look forward to welcoming you to our little slice of paradise.
