Wifi. Newly renovated and furnished.

There is a minimum of a 7 night stay except during the months of December through April we require a minimum of a three month stay.

Relax in the screened-in lanai and watch the manatees play and the sunset over the harbor.

Fully equipped kitchen, high definition TV, beach towels and chairs.

At Burnt Store Marina, enjoy golfing, biking, walking and boating. If you bring your boat you will see it at the dock by looking out of the lanai. (Boat dockage fee additional). Take a swim in the Harbor Towers pool or a dip in the jacuzzi.

Reserved covered parking.

Come on down to beautiful SW Florida where the living is fine.

Nice week in a nice location.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice, well equipped condo. The view of the basin was enjoyable as were the good nights of sleep in a comfortable bed. Cass Cay restaurant and bar is a great place to go for a quick meal and/or drink and it has periodic entertainment. There also are numerous restaurants within 15 or 20 minutes.

Burnt store marina

This was our 2nd visit with Rochelle and all I can say is that she is a warm and gracious hostess. Her condo is clean, well furnished and well supplied with everything you need. And the manatees in the marina are always ready to put on a show.

Need a great place to stay?

This is a great 2 bed/2bath unit with modern appliances and updated kitchen, bath and family room. We drank coffee and watched manatees feeding in the marina from the balcony. Short ride to golf, restaurants, Walgreens and anything else you need. Our hostess, Rochelle, was kind enough to leave wine, chocolates and a nice note, assuring us that anything we could contact her for anything. Altogether delightful experience. We already booked next year.

CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK

Rochelle & Artie are the perfect hosts. Wonderful welcome treats when we got into the condo and what a marvelous condo it is!!! Overlooking the marina where we watched the manatee every day float in the water beneath us. Rochelle is very attentive without being overbearing. She was available when we needed her, which was only for questions. The condo, as I said, was absolutely perfect for my daughter and myself. I'm planning on going back soon.

Stay at Towers for 12 days

Rochell our host was amazing and owner of the condo. She was so professional and kept in touch with us before our arrival to make sure everything was set. Made sure when we arrived that all of our needs were met. The condo was emaculant and everything we would need was there. Sweet little touches were added like 2 bottles of wine for our 47th wedding anniversary and snacks. Shampoo soap were left for us along with toothbrushes toothpaste and other toiletries. Bag of ice in freezer along with laundry soap fabric softener dishwasher soap & coffee. Nice dishes cups etc. Highly recommended this condo. It was spacious and smelled so fresh & clean. Beds comfortable and cannot say enough. Any renters would not be disappointed

Reconnecting with friends

Return to area where we visited my parents for over 30 years before they passed! Reunited with their friends that became our friends! Beautiful area, but saddened by the devastation wrought by Hurricane Ian on the area!

Beautiful Condo 💕

We have no hesitation in recommending this property. On arrival it was beautifully presented and the host Rochelle kindly left us a welcome gift of wine which we very much appreciated. The kitchen had everything that we could possibly need for our stay. There were many thoughtful touches in the bathrooms also, even down to a new toothbrush if you happen to have forgotten your own. The view from the lanai of the marina was lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the manatees everyday and the sunsets were stunning and different every night. Many people in the gated community that we met were residents, extremely friendly, ready to chat and be of any help if you needed recommendations for places to visit. My husband played golf at Burnt Store and Heritage Landing, both of which had plenty of availability and friendly staff. We also found plenty of places to fish in the local area. The pool area was recently renovated, very clean and the hot tub was really relaxing. We grilled by the pool which made a pleasant change to eating out - gas and utensils were there ready to go. We had a great stay and if we were to revisit the area again, would most definitely rebook this property - Rochelle was a wonderful host !

SW Florida Family Vacation

We stayed at this beautiful condominium for seven days during our family vacation. Every single step…pre-trip, during the trip and check out were a breeze. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a welcome card and two bottles of wine to our surprise! The condo was generously stocked with every possible amenity that you would need for your vacation and families needs! The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious even the two full-size bathrooms. Attention to detail was extraordinary! We enjoyed every single morning and evening spent on the balcony overlooking the marina. Our kids even said that the condo felt like their home away from home.

Amazing Condo

The condo is amazing. There was everything we needed for our stay. The view is absolutely spectacular. We were lucky to have three manatees right in front of us in the bay all week long. The master bed and pillows are particularly comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a bonus. The marina and community is truly beautiful. My sister and I definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Great place to stay !

This condo had everything anyone could need and some... It was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked even if a family of 4 would use it. Covered parking, which is a huge bonus, and a sizable lanai overlooking the marina. Just wonderful. 2 Bottles of Wine and a handwritten note from the owners in the kitchen were a nice touch to welcome us. Rochelle provided all info needed well in advance of our trip and was quick to respond when contacted. A great experience and stay.

Spectacular!!!!

Everything was perfect. Beyond our expectations. The hosts were so helpful and caring about our stay. I cant say enough good things about the place and the hosts. They even left us a vacation warming gift. If you have any doubt about renting here, don't!! It is a little out of the beaten path but thats what makes it spectacular. Beautiful Location

We enjoyed so many things about this condo. Burnt Store Marina is a wonderful area with much to do on site. We visited many areas from this location, traveling to beach cities north and south along the coast. The condo itself was lovely, and our favorite part was the manatees who were always present in the waters below the lanai. Rochelle was great in every aspect of this rental. She was very responsive and went out of her way to be warm and welcoming.
