The Casa Grande is located in Landsmeer, only 1 km from Amsterdam-north and 10 minutes from Amsterdam centre.

This modern house has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 toilets and a 2 bathrooms. The house has new air-conditioning to keep it cool.

The house is equipped with a game-room (can also be used as a bedroom) with a pool billiard, table tennis and a darts board. There is a garden to relax in the garden seats.

We offer free bikes, fast free WI-FI and digital television with also Netflix.
Free parking! Transport to Amsterdam center (uber!) in 15 minutes! There is a bus stop within 80 meters from the house.

We have a taxi for transportation (from the airport) to the property or to Amsterdam from the Casa Grande. Ask us for the rates.

Public transport to Amsterdam is very easy, you can use your credit card in the bus metro and team. But we also have pre-paid public transport tickets you can use during your stay.

This house is the perfect location to stay for friends, business people or families.

Amsterdam Stay

We had a fantastic time visiting Amsterdam and staying in Landmeer at this place. Our house was perfect for our family of 5. Our children enjoyed the dart board and the spacious accommodation gave us plenty of room to spread out. Being able to walk to the grocery store was very helpful and to discover the farmers market and the cooked chicken was an excellent choice for dinner.

Landsmeer

Staying outside of Amsterdam in a private home was ideal for a large family/friends group. Our host was helpful and easy to reach.I would only note that there was a bit more traffic on the street than expected.

Delightful Time in Landsmeer

We had a great time at this house and in Landsmeer. Leon and Antoinete we are truly delightful and so helpful in making our plans. The house had plenty of room for our party of five to be comfortable. We enjoyed the nearby restaurant and bakeries. Because of the steep stairs, we kept our luggage downstairs and carried things up. It seemed safer for us, and not an inconvenience. We loved our stay.

Close to the city but the Peace of the outskirts!

Our group of 5 women loved our stay at this property. The house gave us room to have individual space and common areas. Loved the amenities—especially the coffee machine. 1 min walk to the bus that went direct to metro—very easy commute to the city center. Landsmeer city center was a short, easy walk to the grocery stores, an amazing bakery, chocolate shop and restaurants. We checked in on our own and Leon came later in the day to make sure all was well and to show us how to use the laundry, where all the outdoor furniture cushions were etc. We enjoyed being able to go to the city each day and take in all it had to offer, but to come back to the house at night and have more relaxing time spent together. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Amsterdam !!!!

Nice and big for large groups

A nice house for large groups. A bit of a trek into Amsterdam for sight seeing and still pretty pricey (keep daily travel into the city in mind too!) On a busy street but just a 10 minute walk to grocery stores and green space. Not a touristy area, but a safe suburb. Nice to have a yard for the kids, and plenty of supplies/soap/ equipment etc that isn’t always available in rentals which is great when travelling. Nice hosts.

As Advertised very nice!

The five of us had a wonderful stay. Lots of room. It was in a very convenient place just off the Ring Road. Easy to get get into Amsterdam with first a quick bus ride and then 10 minutes on the Metro. The only complaint was that the cheese slicer was not sharp and the windows do not have screens so several of us received mosquito bites because we opened the windows to cool down our bedrooms. We would rent the place again if there were 5 or more in the groups and just bring our own cheese slicer and use a little insect spray before going to bed. We used public transportation but also had a car so this house was almost perfect.

Great House - north of Amsterdam

We stayed here from 6/3 - 6/6 and had a fabulous time. The house is very well-appointed and had plenty of utensils and updated appliances. There are 8-10 bicycles for the guests and the host (Leon) is very available with any questions or needs. Additionally, there is a FABULOUS restaurant a short 5 minute walk from the home (Juffrouw Tok Tok). The home is about a 20 minute Uber ride from the city center. Nice to be able to escape the city once you’re done for the day and have a quiet night sleep. We didn’t have any issues that we couldn’t fix on our own, except for the clog in the kitchen sink. I would 100% recommend this as an option for a family or group of friends to stay an enjoy Amsterdam.

Landsmeer Lodging

We enjoyed our stay at the house. A short distance from Schiphol airport and Amsterdam Centraal. Leon was initially very responsive and answered our questions. Our family arrived at different times and although Leon was out of town, he made sure that there was someone local to open the house and show us around. The house was clean, well stocked and very spacious. There were 5 of us (a couple and three single adults) and we all had our own rooms. Single bathroom upstairs got a little busy but still worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, pots and pans etc. There were soem minor gripes we had: We could not get the clothes dryer to work so we hung clothes outside. It is not obvious in the pictures but the pool table is a miniature size not a conventional 4' x 8' which is unfortunate because it was one of the selling features of the house. Overall the house served us well and we would recommend it to others.

Best possible place near amsterdam

leons place is unmatchable, the house is beautiful, has literally anything you might need for your stay, its 20 min away from Amsterdam in public transport. The attention from Leon and his wife is incredible, we had a small issue with a toilet and he showed up in literally 2 minutes and fixed it. Overall 10/10

Top Ausstattung! Gerne wieder!

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und mega hilfsbereit. Er stand uns für jede Frage zur Verfügung. Das Haus bietet bis auf einen Backofen alle möglichen Haushaltsgeräte inkl einem Grill an. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt bei dem mal alle notwendigen Sachen erwerben kann. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze (wir waren mit 3 Autos da und es war noch Platz). Alles in allem ein super Erlebnis.

Großes Haus mit guter Anbindung

Das Haus ist großzügig, so dass wir zu acht schön miteinander Kochen konnten. Die Tage haben wir in Amsterdam verbracht. Kurze Fahrt zum Park&Ride Parkplatz, der uns mit den bereitgestellten Tickets nur 1€/Tag kostete. Optimal!

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, grosse Küche, tolles Spielzimmer ! Leon hält Prepaid-Tickets für den Nahverkehr bereit, das ist praktisch. Toller Gartenbereich, insgesamt viel Platz.

Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber der immer erreichbar war. Ein tolles stylisches Haus in dem einiges am Inventar in die Jahre gekommen ist. Mit wenigen Mitteln könnte man daraus wieder ein Top Opjekt machen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great end of year break close to Amsterdam

We have spend a few days in the house with friends and children. It was a great staying and we enjoyed the house and it's location. It is a really convinient place to live as it is close to commodities and at 30 min of the center of Amsterdam by public transport. The house is well designed and a group can enjoy the living room easily. We liked the pool table, table tennis and darts inside.

I am renting properties for 15 years. I started in Amsterdam but because houses in Amsterdam are small, we extended our business to big houses close to Amsterdam.

In Amsterdam the rules are strict and there is a maximum of 4 persons to stay in one apartment together. This can give you problems if you book an apartment with more guests in Amsterdam centre. In our house it is allowed to stay with more persons together.
Stay with your family or with your best friends and have a great time close to Amsterdam.
The house is big, you can sleep quiet (no city noise like in Amsterdam) and a big garden to sit and relax outside.
We have 5 bedrooms. (One is used as a gaming room, but we can put an extra bed in it).

We offer free bikes to use and to go to Amsterdam or explore the countryside of Amsterdam.
We help you with transport service (uber or regular taxi) from the airport to our house. We have maps in the house and show you how to go to Amsterdam fast and easily.
The house has a fire place, a fully equipped kitchen with 3 different coffee machines, a computer with fast internet and everything you need to make you feel at home!
