1105 Villamare is a beautiful, open, airy, coastal, and bright 2-bedroom villa! There are beige tiled floors throughout the main living area and the bedrooms are carpeted. Villamare villas are set up so that you enter the open living area, and the bedrooms are on either side, so everyone can enjoy their privacy.

To the left of the foyer is an oversized bathroom with double granite vanities, a tub/shower combo, and a full-size washer and dryer. The guest bedroom is on this side as well and features one queen bed, one double bed, and a mounted 40” TV. The sliding door opens to a private balcony with two Adirondack chairs that overlook the water fountain and has partial ocean views. Perfect for some private time to catch up on your favorite book or just relax!

The main living space is all open and begins with the updated kitchen with gorgeous granite counters, an island that seats two, stainless-steel appliances, and all the amenities you need to dine and entertain! The glass topped dining room table seats six and is offset by a sky-blue accent wall with a built-in bench seat. In the living room you will find a sofa, two accent chairs, a mounted 50” TV, and a built-in bookcase full of books. Enjoy the ocean views from the living room windows or step out to the covered balcony that is equipped with a table that seats four to enjoy coffee, afternoon cocktails, or a meal. The views are nothing less than calming, tranquil, and serene with the lagoon fountain below and the ocean off in the distance.

Behind the French doors is the master bedroom. This room has a soft blue spread, gray walls, cream colored rug and lots of coastal touches throughout. There is a king bed and a 40” TV. You also have access to the balcony shared with the living room. The master bathroom has double granite vanities, nice built-in shelves, and a walk-in shower.

Once you stay here, you will want to make this your annual retreat and make sure you book for next year, before you leave, you don't want someone to beat you to it!

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shopping.
