This renovated one bedroom apartment is located in Punta de Mita, in one of the most sought after locations. You'll find beach access with WORLD CLASS surfing and paddle boarding.

The apartment is part of the 6 Punta de Mita Apartment building with its own private secured parking . This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment can comfortably sleep 3 people, with one king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy watching the flat screen TV from the kitchen as well as from the living room.

The rooftop terrace has excellent ocean views and there are countless restaurants within walking distance. You will absolutely love this small beach town for its authenticity and local feel!

Punta de Mita apartments are located 45 minutes from the airport and is close to Sayulita and San Pancho.

Minutes from the best surf spots in the area: La Lancha, Anclote and Burros; which makes it a great place to learn how to surf or paddle board.

Nice convenient property in Punta de Mita

Great p-lace to stay, i would stay there again and probably will close to restaurants and the beach not to far from the bus stops. the place was clan and had everything you need from pots and pans to coffee maker, fresh towels & bottle water. Parking in a garage or on the street. Surf boards for your use. Two great restaurants just a few steps away.

Punta de Mita

Nice apt with a well stocked kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Loved the rooftop patio. Great internet. Good communication. Very safe. Overall we loved it! The beach was close and very quiet as was the town of Punta De Mita. Buses were a short walk awY and after exploring nearby towns it was nice to come back to a quiet place. It was nice to have a couple camp type chairs to take to the beach. The only thing that would make it better is a beach umbrella to use as there is no shade on the beach.

Awesome time!

The building was very clean, apartment well equipped and if you needed something they were quick to get it for you. Huge thanks to Karman. She was always smiling and happy to help us in anyway. She was able to get us a taxi very quickly when our prearranged taxi did not show, we can't thank you enough. XXOO

This is a good place explore Mexican vibes

If you want to experience more local vibes, this location is the place. It's situated a bit aside from the main area next to the beach, which brings a more authentic atmosphere. As mentioned in some comments before, there are roosters that rush and dogs that bark. However, you also have an amazing view from the roof! One topic worth mentioning in the description is that the building owners feed some dogs right outside (and sometimes inside) the entrance. As a result, you will often see a few big dogs next to the building and entrance specifically. If you have any trauma or issues with dogs, it's better to take this into consideration. This was the only building where I saw dogs constantly next to the entrance. For us, it was a problem, but the owners suggested a solution that really worked for us.

La plage n’est pas super. Encore une fois les jappements des chiens sont problématiques surtout la nuit. Le prix des aliments au Mercado central Ollin est vraiment trop élevé..Un producteur d’avocats les vend beaucoup trop chers.

Nice location!

We loved the location. It’s an easy walk to the beach and malecón. There’s a lovely restaurant on the corner and a great taco stand a block away if you feel like staying nearby.. The place had everything we needed for our weekend stay, and it was very comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we needed them. Highly recommend!

Roosters crow all through the night! Otherwise great place

This property is surrounded by roosters, which crow all night long! You can hear it from the bed, so I couldn't get any sleep! Beware of this before booking. Unfortunately, because of this, I had to rate the property 2/5 stars (I would have given one, but they did everything else so well). At sunrise, all the roosters crow together and then the cats and dogs join in. I wake up at sunrise anyways, so that part didn't bother me and it's actually kind of funny. Otherwise, it's a great place. The host accidentally gave me the wrong apartment number and it was a little unclear where the gate keypad was, but overall she was very helpful.

Easy living

We had a great stay. The apt was spotless and comfortable. The wifi is fast. It's a great set up for remote work. And of course it helps that the beach is half a block away and the view from the terrace is phenomenal.

5 min walk from main strip of restaurants and 1 min to the beach. Perfect quiet place to stay.

Great place! Highly recommend

This is in a beautiful place close enough to walk to restaurants and to the beach. There are several units in this building and we met some delightful people that we shared drinks with on the rooftop. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely rent again! Daniel met us when we arrived. Aida was very responsive to any questions or inquiries, even helping us to identify locals for excursions. There is a parking garage on the lower level. This was great since we rented a car at the airport and drove.
