Located at the most pristine, quiet and exclusive beach in the whole area, 50 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta's Airport. Close to everything but away from noise and crowds.

We want to offer you the ideal place to rest and relax.
FOR THAT REASON:

· The facilities are for exclusive use of the people who booked.
(Without additional guests, children or pets).
· This is not a place for parties or smokers.
· Welcome teenagers and young people with good behavior.

We are at the most pristine and exclusive beach in the whole area.
Where you can running, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking or just walking and fill you of the tremendous energy that exists in this paradise.

An excellent place to rest or enjoy an unforgettable honeymoon.
Close to everything but away from noise and crowds, thanks to that we are located in a rustic road close to the main avenue, where is bus stop. A mile of dirt road where any type of car can circulate.

There is a famous restaurant 100 mts from us “El Barracuda“ (13:00-20:00 hrs.) but all Restaurants, Grocery stores and Laundry are at Punta de Mita downtown just 8 minutes driving. ( 4 miles walking ).

You can take taxis but if you rent a car, you can also visit some interesting nearby sites.

The Studios have a kitchenette so we recommend you stop along the way, there are food stores where you can buy wáter, food supplies, and cheap towels for the beach.

STUDIOS MAR (Third floor, without elevator) have a queen size bed, dressing room, bathroom, kitchenette (equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and kitchenware ) also a big front terrace with an amazing beach and ocean view.

Occupancy 2 persons.

Upon arrival, we request a deposit 200 USD cash, which will be refundable upon departure.

Free parking inside the facilities.
Easy access to the pool, and the beach.
We provide bath towels, but not pool and beach towels.

We organize trips: Kayaking, Snorkeling, Surfing, Whale Watching, Marieta's Islands tour (Beach of Love), Hike (Monkey Mountain), Canoping, Golfing and much more ...

- Out of respect for the neighbors, it is important that music does not exceed a moderate volume and ends before 23:00 hrs.
- The pool schedule is from 8:00 to 20:00 hrs.
- The air conditioning schedule is from 20:00 to 8:00 hrs.
- Upon arrival, we request a good faith deposit, 180 USD cash, which will be refundable upon departure.
- Check in time is after 15:00 and Check out 23:00 hrs. Mexico’s central Time.

No coffee pot or coffee, only I roll of Toilet paper, and no TV!!!!! without a car couldn’t get groceries so not what we expected. We left early. Sergio was very very helpful.

Whale watching vacation was amazing!

This condo was clean and very secure. A bumpy two kilometers on a dirt road to get there, BUT the views are so worth it!! Such a clean, sandy beach with very few people on it. We rented a car from Gecko in PV (highly recommended!). We were able to travel around to La Cruz and Bucerías and to Playa Destiledera. You don't need to leave Litibu if you don't want to. There is a delicious restaurant, El Barracuda, three houses down the beach. From our third floor balcony we watched so many whales go by. We saw them blow, breach and even a few tale slaps on the water. It was so amazing. Bring your binoculars! Sergio and Alejandra saw to our every need. Amazing service! We booked tours through TripAdvisor before our trip, but Sergio knew of other local tours too if you want to wait to book. They even got up at 4:00 AM to see us off for our early flight home. Then messaged us to make sure we made the drive safely. We felt like his family.❤ We hope to return one day!

9 Days in Paradise

We were very fortunate to start our 2020 in this wonderful property north of Puerto Vallarta and Punta de Mita. Sergio and his family not only provided us a wonderful, clean, and well-equipped unit overlooking the scenic beach and bay, but also demonstrated such warm hospitality and guidance (e.g. regarding snorkeling trips to the Marietas Islands, recommendations on nearby restaurants and towns) that made us feel welcome and cared for. We had the opportunity to walk the adjacent beaches and can unequivocally state that the beach directly in front of their property is the best. We will miss our stay!!!

Perfect for relaxing.

This is a beautiful place to stay if you truly want to relax. If you want peace and quiet with a beautiful beach right in front of you this is it. Sergio and Alahandra are your hosts they will answer all your questions and give recommendations on local eating, shopping and places to visit during your stay. I can't say enough about this piece of paradise but if you like to party, listen to loud music or be entertained by strolling minstrels this is not for you.

Perfect Getaway

If you are looking to party and have lots of people around, this is not the place for you. If you want a beautiful sandy, almost empty beach, no people to fight over chairs with, and the only "noise" being the waves on the shore, this is the place. The suite was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. My husband and I stayed from Jan 25th to Feb 1st. We felt very secure and the car we rented stayed within the locked gate so we didn't have to worry about that at all either. Sergio was a great host. Anything we needed , he was able to provide and any questions we had about the area he was able to answer. I can't say enough about how clean the whole property was. The room was spotless and outside was as well. I noticed that they groomed the beach outside the property daily and I even saw her out there with a plastic bag to pick up any garbage that might have blown in (though there isn't much garbage there because it's so secluded). The balcony is a nice large area to sit and read and listen to the waves and smell the salt air. I highly recommend going to the Restaurante Oasis if you stay there. What an absolute hidden gem. Food and service were spectacular in this family run restaurant. We went twice during our stay. We were able to walk there (1.7 km) so that we could enjoy a margarita or 2 and not worry about driving. The only thing I would recommend to Sergio (and I forgot to mention it when I was there) would be to have a toaster available for the kitchenette. It's a small thing but would be very useful. We were very pleased and would definitely rent there again.

Magnífica Playa y Bonita Casa!

Our objectives of escaping winter and spending time on a blissful beach were fully fulfilled at Punta Mita Litibu Beachfront Studios. The mile stretch of beach was sensational and water perfect for swimming and frolicking in the surf (with no undertow or rip tides to contend with). The studio accommodation was set up nicely with a large balcony overlooking the beach, kitchenette for preparing meals (small refrigerator, 2 burner stove/no oven, microwave & coffee maker), large walk in shower and double bed (we aid from memory foam mattress pad!). However, if your hooked on high speed internet, HD TV and other forms of state of the art technology, go elsewhere because this layed back, remote property is not for you! The wi-fi is slow but acceptable as long as you are standing in the hallway and there is no TV. Our entertainment while having drinks on the balcony was listening to music using our wireless speaker connected via Bluetooth to our iPhones. Other wise, just sitting and listening to the sound of the surf rolling in on the beach and observing the wildlife (pelicans, frigatebirds, cormorants, albatross, breeching whales, etc.) would suffice! Also, within a 10 minute drive, there are plenty of good restaurants in Punta de Mita (The Blue Shrimp is highly recommended). By the way, because the property is off the beaten track, it is pretty much necessary to have a rental car. Sergio, the owner, and family were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to let us in the gates when coming and going from the property regardless of time of day or night! The property landscaping and pool were beautiful and immaculately maintained! No doubt if we ever return to this part of Mexico, we will be staying at Sergio's studios!

Beautiful beach for miles!

Our Punta Mita Litibu Beachfront Studio was clean, comfortable and very modern. The ample balcony afforded us a breathtaking view of the bay and the long, practically empty beach. Sergio was a perfect host, helping us find our way from the airport and helping us move in when we arrived. We found our best dining options were in nearby Punta Mita, or even Sayulita a bit further north. The fairly remote location really calls for a rental car, although taxis can be called.

Beautiful Beachfront Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Litibu Beachfront studios. Our room was beautiful, on the 4th floor, it felt like we were right on top of the ocean. The beach is one of the best beaches in the whole area and you are steps away. The place is very quiet, relaxing and with a pool and the perfect little bluff to watch the sunset, you can't really go wrong. It's 10 minutes from Punta Mita, just close enough to be conveniently short drive, but far enough away to be secluded. In addition you can walk 30 minutes in both directions on the beach from the location - to the left is a point with rock/corral reefs and to the right is another couple miles of beach, interrupted by small bluffs to explore. The small kitchenette was perfect for morning coffee and small meals. Sergio and his family are some of the nicest people you will meet and very helpful with information and suggestions for local activities, but yet seemingly invisible until you need them. Unfortunately you cannot post pics but trust me the pictures in the ad do not quite do this property/beach/location justice - it's amazing. We will probably be framing some of the pics we took right from our balcony. Going to sleep and waking up to nothing but the sound of ocean waves and the view are magical. If you want a beautiful location/beach, mellow/chill atmosphere, and more of a condo-style approach with kitchenette without the snooty 5-star resorts and $25 cheeseburgers, then this is definitely your spot. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

Sergio and his family were amazing hosts. My husband and I had the most relaxing time and really enjoyed our stay. Recommend an ocean front apartment. Bed a little hard and noisy. Sergio’s son drove us around which was much appreciated. Great visit and we will be back.

Idyllic beachfront getaway

We stayed in one of the studios with a large balcony facing the ocean. It was fantastic. Bring binoculars and you may see whales cavorting in the sea, as we did, as well as many birds. The place was well equipped and sparkling clean; the owners Sergio and Alejandra really nice and helpful. Sergio Jr took us out in kayaks to his favorite nearby snorkel spots, and gave us a stand up paddle lesson—he is delightful and a wonderful guide. We loved our visit and hope to return soon.

Perfect beachfront location and excellent accomodations

This place is spectacular and the location can't be beat. The studios look out onto a beach that is very private (even in the high season!). The studios have all the basics for a great stay --we spent five days and never tired of it. Sergio and his family are extremely helpful and accommodating. Can't recommend this place enough!

Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable and Accomodating

My girlfriend and I recently returned from Mexico where we stayed for 10 days. Four of the nights we stayed here at PM Litibu and absolutely loved it. The beach was the cleanest we found in all of Punta Mita and practically empty. You have to drive down a crappy dirt road to get to the property and local landowners don't want to fix the road because it keeps things private there. I assure you it does. Your car is always locked within the property gates and is completely safe. I never felt that our car was unsafe anywhere we were, but here it was the safest. Sergio and Alejandra will be your hosts and you couldn't ask for two people to be any more genuine, kind and helpful. They made my girlfriend and I feel totally at home and completely cared for. We had a car so it was easy for us to come and go as we pleased. Sergio gave us his cell phone number and we called him anytime we were coming back and he opened the gate for us. No matter what time, he was always there to help. We didn't do any cooking as we wanted to experience the restaurants, but the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to whip up great meals in your room. I can't say enough good things about this place. I put a video on facebook that I took from the pool with the view of the ocean and of the building because it was all that stunning. Sergio and Alejandra were so helpful when my girlfriend got sick and also when she tweaked her knee surfing. Sergio gave her a hot pack so she could apply heat after the cold packs one day. Genuinely amazing people. If you want to party with a bunch of people, go to Sayulita. If you want to relax with the people you are traveling with, come here. Thank you Sergio and Alejandra for being so good to us. We look forward to the next time we stay with you. Also, ask to rent the kayaks or have Sergio's son give you a guided tour and take you to the best snorkeling spot around.

Natural beauty and tranquility

Litibu is probably one of the most beautiful and quiet stretches of beach I have ever been on. And the studios were great. Our apartment was spotlessly clean with plenty of storage spots; beautifully and simply decorated, and it had everything we needed (if we were missing something, Sergio got it for us quickly). If you have a choice, definitely go the extra little bit for the oceanview room. It's incredible. And thank you Sergio for your quiet kindness; you are an excellent host!

Valentine's retreat

My fiancé and I went to stay at the Studios Mar and were blown away at how secluded and gorgeous the beach was out front. If you want the ocean view, smell and experience you cannot find a closer room in Punta Mita. The waves were so relaxing just out front. Sergio was such a helpful and gracious host from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Alfredo (taxi driver) was always there within 5 minutes notice. Take whatever drinks and provisions prior to arrival as there is not a close place to get a drink or any food.

Great VRBO!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here for 16 days in Feb. of 2015. We based our decision to stay here primarily on the positive VRBO reviews of this property and we were not disappointed. This is a terrific location, clean and quiet with a great pool and lounge area. Our host Sergio could not have been more helpful and accommodating to all our needs and had many insights to local areas to visit for food and entertainment. We visited many local beaches and towns during our trip and found the beach here to be the best. The surf is mild with little current, the water very clear and the sand is fine, clean and wide. We were able to enjoy a very easy ocean kayak and view whales from our private balcony several times during our stay. A huge thrill for us made more enjoyable by this great location. We look forward to returning and highly recommend it to others. Chas

A Personal Retreat

I enjoyed five exquisite days at Punta Mita Litibu. I was traveling alone, arrived after dark, and Sergio was a most gracious, reassuring and welcoming host. My intention for this trip was to rest and recover. I spent every day quietly walking the beautiful beach, watching waves, observing birds and crabs. I did yoga on the sand and swam in the ocean. I sat in the chair overlooking the water and read. The nature and beauty were truly healing. I am already anticipating a return visit. The building is high end construction and very clean. The views amazing. There are restaurants that you can get to by car. I mostly kept it simple and made my own food. Bring your own french coffee press.

Perfect Beach Getaway

I highly recommend the studios at Punta Mita Litibu. Litibu beach is a fantastic white sand beach that is very quiet, safe and nearly private. There aren't any restaurants or stores within walking distance so a car is a necessity. As noted in other reviews, the studios and grounds are very clean and well maintained. We stayed in the studio Mar and the view from the balcony was incredible. You couldn't ask for a better host - Sergio and his family are friendly and helpful. There were a couple small items that we needed during our week there and they quickly helped us. The kitchenette is very functional and we cooked several dinners there during our stay. The kitchenettes are minimally furnished however, so you need to bring whatever you're going to use, including any and all condiments such as salt, pepper, etc. We loved our time there and I'm sure you will too!

Amazing

Where to start and how to stop. I stayed in Studio Mar which is on the second floor overlooking the ocean. The room was perfect, clean and a comfy bed with a little kitchen to make all the goodies you need. To be honest with you I could write a letter on this place but i’ll spare you all. If you need a perfect beach for a low key trip with a quiet and chilled out intent then no need to look further than this place. Sergio and his family are nothing but amazing. Some of the sweetest people I got to meet on my trip. Sergiel thanks for bringing me out canyoning and snorkeling. I hope this beach stays untouched as much as possible, what a gem. Thank you for a great trip.
