Charming casa, 1 block to the beach- safe, quiet, excellent wifi, AC

Casa Bahía is a boutique triplex located just around the block from the beach. “Los Sueños” is the ground level unit which is bright, airy and can sleep up to four guests.

The front gates lead to the covered porch area and private entrance which opens to a large living space with convertible sofa (two twin sized beds). The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including a complimentary margarita bar.

The powerful 2-ton inverter air conditioner is located in the bedroom which is furnished with a new pillow top queen sized bed and cotton linens.
There is an oversized closet space and dresser for storage and windows that let in great natural light and ventilation.

The bathroom with great shower pressure and parota wood finishings is located conveniently across the hall.

All the floors throughout the entire casa are tiled and ceiling fans are installed in each room which keeps the space fresh and cool.

For guests who work online, the WiFi, provided by TotalPlay, has recently been upgraded to a fiber optic 5G network and the unit has its own booster and private connection- it has been very reliable as compared to other companies in the area.

The open front porch area is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is the perfect place for coffee in the morning, al fresco dining in the evening or lounging in the hammock.

We are centrally located in Punta de Mita within a block to the beach, stores, rental services, restaurants and shopping. The public transportation that will take you to and from Puerto Vallarta, and the towns in between, is just three short blocks away as well.

**Our guests now have exclusive day-pass access to the beachfront pool at Hotel Mesón de Mita, a 5 minute walk from the casa! The pool is open from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm daily and the cost per person is $200 pesos/day.
