This top floor condo offers panoramic views of Banderas Bay and the surrounding mountain region. The large open balcony which directly faces the water, stretches the entire length of the condo. Relax and watch surfers catch waves, fishing boats boats roll in and out of the picturesque harbor, and pelicans diving for fish. We have provided plenty of balcony seating for your relaxing pleasure. Experience the same amazing views and relaxing sounds of the ocean from the living room, which features all new furniture and Mexican decor. The sofa converts to a bed suitable for 1 person or 2 small children. It is bigger than a double bed but a little smaller than a queen bed. It fits two young children or one adult.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ample storage space. The open kitchen is fully furnished with all modern conveniences with a full size refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, toaster oven, microwave, blender, electric tea pot, and a set-up for drip coffee. The unit has a washer and dryer, as well as parking and ground level storage.

Views from this condo are the absolute best of any one bedroom in the whole town! The condo is a newly constructed property in the quaint town of Punta de Mita (El Anclote). The mission style architecture and beautifully maintained grounds are abundant with palm trees, and pink and orange hues of bougainvillea. The complex is private and feature a large dark-bottomed pool, spacious hot tub, hammock area to swing gently under coconut palms, outdoor tables, private patio with a water fountain, and a large roof deck. All floors can be accessed by stairs or elevator. Covered and secure parking is available as well as a storage unit for your surf or paddle boards or other rental items.

One side of the complex features bay views and beach access and the other opens to the local neighborhood for an authentic cultural flavor of Mexico and access to small tiendas, a Saturday market, and home made taco.

The white sand and blue ocean are just steps from the entrance to the condo with a gentle surf break and excellent paddle boarding across the cobblestones. Two surf rental outfits are at the northern end of the beach. The beach stretches for miles and is great for long walks. The waves upon the shore are usually gentle and safe or all ages. Punta de Mita has amazing restaurants, many with tables in the beach sand, and everything is walking distance. It is a safe and friendly authentic Mexican fishing village with local flavor.
