The villa offers a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, with down alternative mattress topper. Additional bedding for this unit includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and also two bunk beds in the hallway between the bedroom and living room which are ideal for small children.

The location could not be better. It’s right by the sea. One thing that can be improved is to have washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit.

Love this place and location

Best little condo! We loved our stay! Great location. Property owner was so nice and easy to talk to. She helped us so much! Beach was amazing and clean. Definitely would stay again!

Anniversary Trip

The location is perfect and the fact the community was gated was a huge plus! Check in and check out was a breeze! Wish this exact villa was available when we return in July but will definitely be making this “our” vacation stay every time we return!

Great little spot with a beach view

My husband and I took a short trip down to HHI and stayed at this cute little Villa. It was perfect for the 2 of us! Check in was easy and the owner was great with communication. Getting to the beach was easy! We would stay here again!

Quick trip

Just a quick trip, while we had a break from all the summer kids activities. Loved the place, felt like you could stay there forever, wish we could. Amenities and layout are awesome and the view is even better, nothing like early morning breakfast on the patio staring at the ocean. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip back.

Cute and convenient

We loved staying in this condo, right on the beach! We enjoyed our coffee on the deck every morning and loved walking to the playground, shops, and restaurants. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults, 9 y/o and 5 y/o). Everything we needed was there, except for beach towels, so plan to bring your own. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Time

Overall, my family and I had a good time. The villa is quiet and just as it reads online. Easy access/walk to the beach. The bedroom does stay warm even with AC running, so I was thankful to Find a box fan in the closet. But it’s perfect for a family of four.

Nice quick trip

The beach and surrounding area was very nice, quiet and safe. Condo is older and could use some upgrades. Bunk beds were not very comfortable for our kids, and very squeaky with every movement. Under the mattress of buck beds were dirty with a lots of crumbs. Not the cleanest place we’ve stayed. Communication with owner was great.

Loved it, would stay again!

Small and cozy unit, top floor, which is nice! Close to the elevator, yet far enough you don't hear the traffic from it. I love that it's in walking distance of quite a few shopping centers and restaurants, as well as the beach. The one thing I wish the place, as a whole had, is showers to wash the sand off, without going into the pool area. We never saw them if they have them.

Just as an FYI. there are showers. They are hidden a bit they are near the bike racks on beachside of bldg. hopefully one day a sign will be added. Glad you enjoyed your stay

Nice Getaway

Everything was as expected, enough room for me, my wife, and two almost teenagers. We had a great time, only suggestion I have is to find a way to cool down the main bedroom a little more. It was just too warm for me to get to sleep, but we made it work by sleeping on the sofa bed which was actually quite comfortable. Definitely not a deal breaker and would stay again.

Great Location for Families

My family and I used to stay at this condo years ago and I couldn't resist booking here again. The property looks the exact same and the condos have had some wonderful updates. This property is in the center of Coligny near shopping, food and just a hop/skip to the beach. We happened to have come when the weather wasn't the best (low 60's/rainy) - it was the end of May which was not normal weather for Hilton Head at this time. We made the most of our time the best we could but wish it would have been sunnier weather during our stay. You will not be disappointed staying at this property.

Not satisfactory for our family

The check in process went smoothly, the owner was excellent in regards to communication. Unfortunately, when we arrived the villa was not clean or comfortable for our family. We reached out to the owner and she was very prompt to respond. We did not end up staying at this property but felt the owner was very accommodating considering the circumstances.

Birthday Getaway

We have been staying at the Seaside Villas for years. This unit is very nice. Like other units, the main bedroom is warm. However, this unit came prepared with 3 fans (ceiling, box, and wall), so we were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The owner replied quickly to all our questions and concerns.The only thing we wish was different, is the key. We prefer a key code to a physical key, but this was a preference on our part. Thank you for a wonderful stay for my husbands birthday!

Family Vacation

Our stay was nice, only giving 4 stars because the unit is older and it was a little dusty in places and the bedroom was hot. We’re a family of 4 with 2 small children so we were a little cramped, which is our problem, not the owners. :) My only 2 complaints are these: 1. The bedroom is HOT. There’s an extra box fan but it was still hot. 2. The hot water to the kitchen sink didn’t seem to work. We didn’t know before we got there, but there’s a beach wagon! (We packed one but ended up using the one provided. Super nice!)

Can't wait to visit again!

I was so distracted and annoyed by the weather on the drive down, I forgot to contact the office to tell them I would be arriving after hours. The office contacted ME, I didn't answer as I was driving but they emailed instructions on what to do upon arrival. The office is only 2 min from the Villa. The property was as described, clean and the patio does have a nice view to the Beach. You literally walk to the beach from the Villa. There are rabbits and deer that live at the Villa as well. Kerry, our host, was great as well. Made sure accommodations were acceptable and even offered up some things to do close by. Laundry on each floor was great but make sure to have quarters on you. 30 min wash, 45 min dry at $1.00 each, can't beat it. They have bikes for rent as well on the property. We ate at the Quarterdeck which is a great restaurant on the water, ice cream shoppes and a park for kids. There is a $9.00 charge for a daily pass but well worth it. You are close to everything including Walmart, Kroger, Publix, Starbucks, etc. This was a wonderful trip, we met some wonderful people and had a great experience. God is good and real and Hilton Head is proof of that. Thank you.

Great Location

Very nice condo and the location is close to shopping and restaurants. We noticed a door latch broken and they sent someone to fix it immediately. My only complaint is that the cleaning crew really needs to vacuum the sand out of the carpet on the balcony, it was thick.

Great location

Location was perfect and we liked the unit. However it does need some updating and some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The Keurig didn’t work. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom is almost off the wall and some other minor issues I can’t remember them. The big thing for us was the bedroom would not cool down enough to sleep in. I know this is a design issue but there are types of air conditioning units that can be installed in the bedroom in addition to the one unit in the main area. Overall we had a nice stay and might consider staying again

Great Beach Getaway!

This condo has the perfect location! Right on the beach and a short walk from Coligny with tons of shops and restaurants. There’s also a new park with a pirate ship playground just before Coligny that was a huge hit with the kids. The pictures on the listing are accurate and the condo has pretty much everything you could need. The host may want to check in with the cleaning company. It wasn’t dirty to the point I felt I needed to call the host and have someone come clean, but there were things like caked on food on the frying pan requiring us to scrub it before use, a bit of food on the wall above the garbage can, and finger smudges on most high touch areas. I just felt I needed to wipe things down before we settled in. This is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. I would stay here again!

Great stay overall!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the view from the balcony. The condo was clean and mostly had everything we needed other than a few minor details: we couldn't find any extra trash bags; one of the remote controls was corroded from dead batteries, which made the bedroom TV useless (we weren't there for TV, though, so it wasn't a big deal); and the beach chairs could use replacing. One of them is completely broken. Overall, the place could use a quick check by the owners to make sure everything is in working order, but it was still a great spot for our little family, and I'd certainly stay again!
