The Harbour House offers more than 1,800 square feet of comfort. Whether you're bringing the entire family or escaping for a romantic getaway, the Harbour House sleeps 8 comfortably with a breathtaking water view from every room.

Many of guests consider the property to have the 'best view on the island.'

The property has two large decks where many guests enjoy sunrises and a large yard for kids to play football, wiffle ball or fly kites. In addition to the property we have two stand up paddle boards, a two person kayak, boogie boards for kids, corn hole, two bicycles that are available to our guests to use as their own risk.

Great relaxing week

We had a lovely quiet week at Harbour House. It's a very clean well maintained beach house, nothing fancy but it has everything you could possibly need. The owners were easy to contact about any details or concerns. Great sunrise views, several nice walks available from the house, easy driving distance to everything else. It was a big place for just two of us but the location made it worthwhile. We would definitely stay again.

The view and sunrise

Have not seen sunrise like that in a long time. Great view of pond and ocean from huge decks around the house. Good size and well laid out kitchen. Huge yard for kids to play.

The perfect house on the perfect island. Well stocked kitchen. Roomy home with spectacular ocean views. Massive lawn for play and kite-flying. Your family will fall in love. As did ours.

Best Vacation Ever!

We have stayed on the island many times. This location was by far the best - very tranquil. We have rented "fancier" houses, but this was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. Having access to the private beach was wonderful. I didn't want to leave!

Great location, beautiful property, and what a view!

We had a really great week. Our first visit to MV. Central location and easy drive to all the towns. Start the day with great sunrise views. A really large piece of property surrounds, but not secluded. Plenty of space for our family. Great communication the whole time.

We are happy you enjoyed your time on MV. Yes, the Sunrise view is worth waking up early for. Family time and outdoor games are always a big hit for our guests staying at this property. We enjoy communicationg with our guests and love to hear how much fun they are having. Many share pictures with the smiles on their faces. Beautiful!!

We just loved the home. It was just what we wanted and the view was spectacular. The home itself was very well equipped and very clean. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Great place

Quiet place but still close to Oak Bluffs and Edgertown. Great view off the back deck. The house is clean and has everything you could need. We will definitely be back.

Best family vacation we've ever taken

My husband and I rented this house for two weeks this summer and brought our 3 year-old and 1 year-old children. We agree that it was the best family vacation we've ever taken. We're originally from Falmouth so we grew up visiting the Vineyard often but nothing compares to bringing your car over and touring the entire island from one end to the other. The house itself was ideal for us because it was mostly on a single level, had a fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, two decks to enjoy at different parts of the day, and a sprawling yard in which the kids could run around without the fear of traffic, etc. The photos, actually, don't do this location justice. It's much more spectacular in person. My husband brought his bike and I used a commuter bike belonging to the house, which was in excellent condition and lots of fun on the island bike paths. It didn't hurt that we had perfect weather. There was enough room for us to have occasional guests visit throughout our stay, and each one has since remarked about what a beautiful location it was. We would certainly consider renting this house again. Martha checked in with us several times throughout our stay and was courteous and responsive. Overall, a very positive experience.
