Astonishing panoramic views from two balconies facing both the bay area and rainforest. Building has its own swimming pool next to the white sandy beach and the ocean, where you can snorkel or kayak amongst Half Moon bay´s beautiful coral reefs. Emerald green Yal-ku Lagoon is just 10 minutes walk away and right at the entrance to Akumal you´ll find the Central bay, famous for its giant turtles.

At the balcony we have comfortable lounge furniture and a dining table, so you can enjoy the whole afternoon outside. There´s also a small balcony in the second bedroom facing the rainforest.
We have two bedrooms, the main one facing the bay, with a king size bed and full bathroom, and the second one with two double beds facing the rainforest with full bathroom as well. A fully equipped kitchen, sitting and dining area.
We have 3 kayaks (two for adults, one for kids), special water shoes of several sizes (two for men, 2 for women and 2 for kids), four snorkels and for the evening entertainment, variety of board games (Risk, Clue, Monopoly, Rumi Classic, Scrabble).
The apartment has: Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, A/C, fully equipped kitchen.

Good restaurants by the beach are at walking distance.
Condo has its own swimming pool and beach area, parking is on the street entrance. The apartment is accessible via stairs or elevator.

In the Mayan language, Akumal means “Land of turtles" and it´s still one of the favorite places for these ancient marine animals to spawn.
