- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed + 4 built-in single bunks
- Den: Twin bed

The main floor includes a spacious kitchen with a dining bar, a formal dining room, living room, den, half-bath, sitting room, and the primary suite with private bath and deck access. The lower level offers a large family room with a bar area, laundry room, three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a screened-in porch.

Step outside to enjoy lakeside living at its finest—dine on the expansive deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining table, and fire pit. Play a round of ping pong on the screened porch, soak up the sun on the private dock, or unwind with a cozy fire indoors after a day on the water.

Outside, enjoy a large private dock with a diving board, tree swing, life jackets, two kayaks, and plenty of floats. Boat enthusiasts are welcome—there's a neighborhood launch and plenty of room to tie up at the dock.
