Another Sunset by the Bay, is a perfect home to share with your family and friends. With breathless views and sunsets, it is the perfect spot to call home for your next vacation. Located just 2.4km from the gates of Point Pelee National Park, you have adventure at your finger tips.

The house shares a driveway with a smaller cottage, Bunker by the Bay. Each unit has its own designated parking, as well as amenities so you won't have to worry about sharing your space with anyone.

The house is a 2-bedroom, 1 level home with 1 bathroom, and a beautifully open space kitchen and living room that boast natural sunlight the best views of Lake Erie. Included in your stay is cable TV, fibre internet, a variety of board games, and so much more. Your family will thank you for booking such a clean and welcoming home.

The sunsets are magical and allow you to make memories and share laughs among friends beside Lake Erie. End your day of adventure and relaxation with a bonfire beside the lake and listen the sounds of Lake Erie. The deck sits atop of the rocks that protect the shoreline, so while you may not be able to get into the lake directly from the cottage, your dinner barbecue will make everyone back home jealous!

An absolutely well appointed and spotless cottage with a gorgeous views of the waterfront.

This cottage is a 5 out of 5 🎉. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom is spacious with extra amenities and ample towels and toiletries not usually found in most rentals. Kitchen is very well equipped with more than enough of everything and well maintained. Whole cottage is spotless and furniture is lovely and comfortable unlike many cottage rentals. Lots of space on patio and great deck in front of water to watch the sunset walking distance to great family restaurant and minutes from Point Pelee. Owner is thoughtful and easily accessible. Second visit there and we’ll be back !

This property is a fully-furnished and stocked house located directly on the Lake Erie shoreline with a gorgeous sunset view. The kitchen has everything you would need for home cooking and eating if desired. Convenient parking and access to the house with very easy check-in and check-out. A short drive to the Point Pelee National Park where you will be able to use a free pass provided by property owner. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Amazing Spot

Thank you for a wonderful retreat. This has to be hands down the cleanest and cutest place we have stayed in. We couldn’t have asked for better. We had all the information that was needed for the cottage and information for restaurants, things to do around the city. Plus schedule for the ferry. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from Park Pelee. We had beautiful sunsets in the evening. Very relaxing just sitting on the deck. We will be returning!

We stayed at Sunsets by the bay for a couple of nights in April. The home had excellent reviews online and lived up to them. The pictures on the other hand don’t do justice to the views as they are truly stunning. The house is well equipped and extremely clean. Gabriella is very prompt and professional to communicate with and there are clear instructions for everything from check in to departure. We also benefited from the various recommendations for activities and dining options. Would love to come back in the future.

Perfection

I decided to take a solo trip for some much needed quiet time for my 50th birthday and this cottage did not disappoint. First, it was hands down the cleanest place I have ever stayed at; beautifully decorated; quiet; and a perfect deck to enjoy Lake Erie. Pelee National Park is less than a five minute drive away and it is absolutely breathtaking, full of rare birds, beautiful wildflowers and beavers! I will definitely be returning soon, especially since there was such quick, responsive communication from the owner. Thank you again for your incredible hospitality. PS If you love Mexican, check out Taqueria Ajua in downtown Leamington. It was some of the best food I've ever had!

What a wonderful spot to spend some relaxing down time.

"Another Sunset by the Bay" exceeded the description and images in the listing. During our stay we enjoyed the clean, up to date comfort of the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views of the sunset from both the cottage and the deck were wonderful. We plan to make it a top choice for our next vacation trip.

Check in and out process was so simple. Kitchen facilities were better than expected. We brought a few favourite kitchen items. They went back in the car. This was the best equipped kitchen ever. View to outside was breathtaking as well.

I purchased my first rental in 2017. I have always enjoyed being near and in the water. When I purchased my first property I knew I needed to share it with others. That lead to the first rental, Sunsets by the Bay. After a year of meeting some wonderful people, I purchased my second property. I continue to grow my portfolio by managing others lakefront properties.

I love hearing what brings guests into Leamington, and helping them to choose some adventures while they're in town.

This property was too perfect to pass up. Leamington and Kingsville have always been home. I fell in love with Lake Erie at a young age, and knew someday I wanted to have water property. An opportunity arose that allowed me to invest, and as a bonus, I got to share my love for the lake with many others. This house has a bonus "bunker" on the property, which I also rent out, but, because of its proximity to the road, it still allows for the privacy to each party renting out each.

This property is fantastic for entertaining. There are 3 sets of sliding doors that allow you to see the lake from the entire living room and kitchen and allow the natural light to enter in at just the right time in the afternoon.
