Beautiful Vacation rental on Golf course!

Located on the 10th fairway of Pinetop Country Club. 4800 sq ft that will sleep 18 plus!! Awesome family friendly home! Main level of home has a den with a sleeper couch for 2, half bath, full laundry room, and two master bedrooms with full bathrooms. Both master bedrooms have king size beds and portable ac units. The lower level has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 full sized beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 full size beds and 2 twin size beds. Lower level also has a kitchenette and large family/game room. Home has two huge patios/decks and a grill. Home is 5-7 mins from downtown pinetop and about 20 minutes from Sunrise Snow/Ski. If you plan to come during the winter season a 4wheel drive vehicle is needed to get out of our driveway.
We have installed outdoor cameras for your safety and security. We have two AC units in upstairs master bedrooms. There is no central AC

Beautiful house in the pines. Lots of room, great areas for kids to play. Amazing balcony that covered the length of the house. Beautiful area to sit outside and enjoy the view.

House is great and well setup. Only issue is propane tanks were empty, and some light bulbs were out. Other than that loved our stay there.

Great Place to Stay

Been to this property several times now. It is perfect for what we need. Lots of space, Lots of beds. Rooms are clean and everything works. Quiet neighborhood.

Our Christmas present

Lovely home, spacious, lovely art work, large bedrooms, great fireplace, outdoor connect 4 was a hit. We had a trash overflow problem upon arrival and problem was resolved within the hour. I plan this trip to get my grandchildren excited about snow skiing. This was our third year and 3 of five grandkids skied this week! Thank you for providing the great home.

Great property very comfortable

Everything was excellent. Check in was easy and smooth. The host was very communicative. No complaints -- only compliments on the property and the host. Hope to rent again next year.

Poor communication and simply wish the description was more straight forward

We stayed 2 night with my family and had two main issues. Before I start though, the house is big and was clean. There was plenty of room. Area was beautiful. Arrival and entry were simple. Not a bad place at all. No AC. Our fault, but we thought there’d be central ac, or at least window units in the rooms. Only 2 rooms had units, others were HOT! Second, the host messaged me “her number” day of check in, but it was the wrong number. Waited over a whole day for a reply but not reply. Finally messaged and asked for a late checkout. She messaged back 14 hours later and an hour AFTER we were already required to check out. Communication was poor. I think if the host just stuck with the app for communication it would’ve been smoother. Couple last things: - Paddles for the ping pong table were broken so we had to buy our own (left them so future guests have paddles) - The basement return register makes a sparking noise regularly (hazard?) - toilet handle in the bathroom by the garage was broken off, you had to pinch and turn handle -grill looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years

Bandit Baseball 2024

This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed at this property. It is a great place. Lots of room, accommodations are great, area is great, Danelle is great!! Would highly recommend this property for small groups or large groups. The floor plan is excellent for both. Hope to stay there again next year.

Family Christmas

Property is just as advertised and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty available to do from our youngest 6 to oldest 83. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay again.

Nice and cozy

This home was nice and cozy. Clean. Almost all the amenities one could ask for. My only complaints were lack of trash bags, TV was difficult to figure out and the lights inside the showers did not work most of the time (they randomly worked one morning, but never worked at night). We had a group of 6 adults and 7 kids, the home is big enough that we never felt crowded. In fact the kids kind of made their own space down stairs and adults upstairs. The kitchen had just about everything you could ever want or need, including a vast variety of spices. There is also plenty of table space so we could eat together. The grill worked great too. The neighborhood felt very safe, safe enough for running without worry (lots of people waving and saying hi too). So much hiking near by! My favorite part was being away from the busy part of town while also being close enough we could run out and grab something if we wished. We will likely return again next year as this place was an absolute win.

Elder's Retreat

This was our second year staying at this location. Our group consisted of 10 Elders between 63 and 75 years old. The house was clean, beautiful, and easy to get around. The location is so beautiful with a wrap around deck with a view of tall green ponderosa pine trees. We will be coming back next year.

Great place to Stay!!!

Property is as advertised. Very nice place with plenty of room for large groups. The house is very nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Property manager is easy to connect with if you need anything.

Our stay

We had a hard time with the lock box combination to get the key out of the lockbox . We tried reversing the number and it worked. Had to make arrangements for 4 of our family to stay at the Hampton Inn, because of sleeping areas, the fold out bed wouldn’t work in the den. We couldn’t use the barbecue because we couldn’t find a way to light it. We had brought food we could grill, so that changed our eating in plans. Someone put dirty towels in the washing machine, so we had to wash them. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, so we used our paper plates we bought. We made sure every dish or pot we used was washed and put away. The house was nice and we made it work. I think the cleaning deposit was a bit high compared to others, I think that might be are biggest concern, considering that we did some of the cleaning. There is a light bulb in the master bathroom that needs to be replaced. And the bathtub jacuzzi didn’t turn on.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. There was more than enough room for two families, and the home provided everything we needed. The host was very helpful. We would love to stay here again and again.

Beautiful Winter Get Away

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was an absolutely immaculate, beautiful house. The views of the golf course were so pretty, and the kids had a great time playing in the snow. The neighborhood felt private, but it was still close to our favorite restaurants in Pinetop. The only thing I would mention is there are only really two beds on the main floor. The den has a pull-out bed, but that is broken and tilted downward, so we weren't able to use it and were short a bed for one kid unfortunately. Otherwise, if this was fixed it would be a perfect rating.

Great firm getaway!

Not even exaggerating that we spent every waking moment in the deck with the breeze blowing ever so gently followed by glorious bouts of thunderstorms! Comfortable house. Kitchen could benefit by an inventory and reorganization, which I would have happily done had the outdoors not have constantly called my name! I did find some dirty pans that had been put away but I cleaned them up just fine so no worries there. I did think the bathrooms had shampoo provided on the website but may have misunderstood that, but that’s not a big deal either.
