Beautiful and spacious custom home in Pinetop Country Club area offered as a Vacation Rental. Three bedrooms downstairs, large Loft/4th bedroom which also serves as a kids playroom upstairs, double bed, bunk beds (double), and a separate bathroom. This custom home was built in 2008 and has a very open floor plan. Downstairs is the family room and kitchen, wood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedrooms has a king bed, large TV and a bathroom with a double shower head and access to the back porch. Also downstairs are two additional bedrooms with a queen bed and a double bed and separate bathroom and bathtub. Upstairs is a 4th bedroom or kids paradise loft with double bunk beds, a double bed, TV and separate bathroom with a shower. A large front porch, tire swing, and an extra large back porch with a BBQ and swings that look out over the backyard with a fire pit and trampoline. There is a laundry room and a large two car garage.

The house is close to town with easy access to the national forest and only 20 minutes to the sunrise ski resort for winter skiing and summer fun (Zip Lining and Mountain Bike Riding/Hiking). Only 10 miles to Hawley Lake for lake or stream fishing.

Unfortunately, due to changes with the local Homeowners Association (HOA), renters will no longer have access to the near by Community Center.
