The cabin has been newly remodeled, offering modern luxury amenities and cozy mountain charm. Perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or a weekend escape.

No PETS, emotional or service animals of any kind are allowed for tenants per HOA rules and regulations.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Extra Cleaning Fee
A $150 additional cleaning fee will be charged if the jacuzzi is left excessively dirty, misused, or contaminated in a way that requires professional deep cleaning or draining.

NO PETS ALLOWED. For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted. In the event that guest(s) brings a pet, their credit card will be charged a non-refundable fee of $750.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty U.S Dollars) per pet. In addition, the guest’s credit card on file will be charged for any stains or damage caused by the pet.
