Belle Isle is located near the beautiful sandy beaches of Lake Michigan, in a prime Beachwalk location (3rd house from Lake Shore Drive!). The house is located in the acclaimed Beachwalk community. Newly remodeled bathrooms, new linens and finished Den area with pull-out Queen sleeper sofa.

Lake Michigan is the perfect setting to escape with your family and friends. A short walk down the board walk brings you to the sandy beaches. You will feel like you are on a tropical beach!

Belle Isle has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, plus den with Queen sleeper sofa bed. The master suite has a queen bed, an electric fireplace, and a desk if you need to check in at the office during your beach vacation (fast Comcast Wifi included). The master bath features a newly renovated bathroom with custom spa shower and gorgeous sky lights.

The guest bedroom also has a queen bed. These two front bedrooms have immediate access to the covered upper deck, which includes tables and chairs, and plenty of space for relaxing out of the sun. The third bedroom is set up for kids, with 2 new sets of bunk beds, great for all ages. New memory foam mattresses on all beds!

The sunny coach house (available for an additional fee) has a queen bed and sofa bed, plus bath and full kitchen (sleeps 4). If interested, please ask us or check out listing 1533858 (Bright, spacious Beachwalk Studio Loft).

The house is child friendly with high chair, pack n' play, and ample games and toys. Bikes, beach toys, basic fishing equipment, and wagons.

On the first floor, the den is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, high cathedral ceilings, and a fireplace. This room has immediate access to the surrounding back deck, for dining al fresco. The first floor is an open plan, with eat in kitchen, living room, and dining room that comfortably seats 10. The house also has WiFi, YouTube HDTV, and video game systems.

The front lower porch is screened in and has a dining table for six and an outdoor couch for relaxing. The back porch has large Weber gas grill, and umbrella covered dining table that seats eight. The upper porch has a porch swing, adirondack chairs and views of Beachwalk Lane. The front yard features a fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs.

The Beachwalk community features various amenities unique to our community. Highlights are the pool, splash pad, basketball court, tennis court, shuffle board, bocce ball, playground, cafe, and man made Lake Kai that is ideal for family fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding. The clubhouse, new in 2022, offers ping pong and foosball, expanded pool and restaurant seating, and an observation tower with gorgeous views!

The house is located less than one and a half miles from Washington Park, the Michigan City Zoo, The Blue Chip Casino, and Lighthouse Place Outlet Mall. Just down the road is Mt. Baldy and the Indiana Dunes National Park. Slightly further are many more beaches in southwest Michigan, and many breweries and wineries!
