There is one additional bedroom, family room, full bathroom and washer/dryer on the lower level. Huge deck with patio furniture / gas grill overlooks the lake and amazing sunsets. Backyard features turf area for play and a putting green. Parking for 4 cars in driveway.

Nearby attractions include the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore with hiking, swimming, horseback riding, picnicking and fishing, Lighthouse outlet mall, museums, indoor and outdoor miniature golf, numerous golf courses, Washington Park Zoo, tennis courts, fruit farms, outdoor water park, Blue Chip Casino, Four Winds Casino . Restaurants are numerous including both fine dining and family dining .

Please no parties or events. This is definitely not a party house! We love our home and want to keep it in great condition, as such we have a strict 10 person maximum (including any visitors).

Maui Mat / Lily Pad rental available for $150/week. Also, please ask about baby gear available if you are bringing little ones!

**Please note: There are no pets allowed on the property, however, we do have a family golden retriever that spends time at this home. While our cleaning crew does an excellent job, we like to make our guests aware in the event anyone in your group is severely allergic to dogs.
