Upstairs bedroom #1, Upstairs in-law suite features a Queen bed, a daybed with a full mattress and a twin trundle underneath, a full bathroom, a wet bar and private entrance door to garage. This bedroom has both a private entrance as well an entrance from the main house, perfect for those who need a little more privacy or a quiet space for naps. (sleeping 4)

Upstairs bedroom #2, King Master that features a walk-in double shower, wet bar and a pack 'n play (sleeping 2 + baby)

Upstairs bedroom #3, double twin bunk beds and triple twin bunk beds (sleeping 5)

Basement level bedroom #4, double twin bunk beds and a twin trundle (sleeping 5)

Basement level bedroom #5, Queen bed (sleeping 2)

The basement level offers an additional rec room with TV, children's books, games, mini-pool table/foosball game table , and a queen size sleeper sofa (sleeping 2)

Beach Nest can sleep a total of 20 with the rec room queen sleeper sofa.

We do have ring security cameras at the front door, west, east sides, and back of home. These are all located on the outside of the home. These cameras are mostly
to verify check in and out times and security when home is not occupied.
