Welcome to the Sanderling Cottage! This completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy cottage (sleeps 6) is dog-friendly, and located just a short 10-minute walk from the Village and Pier Area on St. Simons Island. This newly renovated vacation rental features a well-equipped kitchen that opens to a spacious living/dining area which overlooks the beautiful backyard.

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

There is a separate living room, primary bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with two twin beds, and third bedroom with a queen Murphy bed that easily be converted to an office or lounging area. Situated in a quiet locals neighborhood, it has easy access to the many bicycle and walking paths that St Simons Island has to offer. Giving guests the feeling of being away from it all, but within 5 minutes of everything!

Perfect spot!

The property was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood, our dogs loved playing in the backyard. The house is a 20 minute walk from Pier village, where there is shopping and restaurants. And it was an 8 minute drive to the coastguard beach, which has bathrooms on site. The kitchen was fully stocked making cooking at the house a breeze.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was cute, clean, and very comfortable and had a great backyard for the dogs. Itā€™s located in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to downtown/the pier. Also, East Beach is a quick drive away. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved St Simon Island

Check in and check out was very easy. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and not far from downtown pier. The backyard was great for the fur baby. The house was nice and clean. If we ever find ourselves back in SSI we would definitely rent again!

Great Christmas Stay

we had a lovely time at the house over Christmas. the house was well lit, kitchen fully stocked with all the equipment we needed, and the layout of the home was very spread out. our dog loved the wide open backyard. the house was close to the pier area and had easy access to everything on the island. we would give the house 5 stars and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Dog Owners

This property was wonderful for us traveling with our dog. The back yard was perfect for him to run and play with his ball. The house was well appointed and very clean. What a Wonderful Cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sanderling Cottage! So peaceful and quiet, even with the airport close by. Everything one could need was provided: very clean, very well decorated, just the best spot for my DH, myself and my sister (this was a Silly Sisters' Vacation/Birthdays' Adventure). Overall wonderful stay

The home has everything you could need and was very clean and organized. The area off the kitchen with the Murphy bed was the perfect office area for my husband as he did need to work while we were there. I reported an over abundance of ants in the yard while we were there and it was quickly remedied.
