Description
This Gulf Access home is the ultimate vacation home for the entertainer and boater. The oversized screened lanai features a heated pool, dining area and sunbathing area with 4 lounge chairs. A great spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long! There's even a "plunge pool" on the lanai, for cooler water, looks like a hot tub but isn't.

Walk down to the private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 10 minutes away! There are bikes to explore the neighborhood and 2 kayaks to paddle around the canals. We are also close to golf, great restaurants, shopping and outlet malls.

At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here poolside on your private lanai, sipping a beverage, grilling a steak and sampling southern Florida fresh seafood.

The house has a very open floor plan with spacious, light filled rooms. The new kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter top. The large living /dining area provides a comfortable gathering spot for your whole group to watch movies in the evening or to watch the kids playing in the pool and hot tub.

The large master bedroom suite features a coastal style king size bed, large closet, TV with Netflix and local channels and bathroom. On the opposite side of the house another master bedroom with king size bed and guest bedroom with king size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

The house was great the only issue we had was the pool and hot tub constantly need water added and we could not keep the temperature consistent in either one.

Had a good stay. This home had enough room for all of us and we felt like we had our own space. Everything we needed was there. Clear instructions to enter although lock was hard to open and needs to be replaced. Took some time to get it opened. The hot tub worked as expected. The pool was too cold to swim in. But all in all a good stay. Plenty of towels.

The home was very spacious and clean. My Mom and I were very comfortable. Pool was cold and so was hot tub even after heater was fixed. Location was great. I didn't care for the honey do list of house chores to complete before leaving since we paid for cleaning service upon exiting. Not that we would have left a mess but I thought that was quite rude to expect that. I did complete it as requested though to ensure I wasn't charged an additional fee. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Wonderful with update requirement

The house is absolutely fantastic! Clean, modern, large, great layout and a great location! (The beach is 5 minutes away by car)The rooms are clean and large, the open kitchen and living room are bright and inviting and you look directly onto the pool when you enter the house! Really great! In addition, the rental went really well and the agency responded quickly and courteously!An absolute recommendation! The only thing to note is that the outdoor area is quite old and broken, many tiles are broken, the whirlpool has no more tiles at the top and the joints of the tiles are unfortunately also very broken and black, there is a need for action here! Otherwise everything works and the pool is large and clean!We would definitely come back!!!

Der Check-In lief reibungslos und alles war vorbereitet. Die Ventilatoren liefen, die AC war an und alles war fĆ¼r unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet.Das Haus ist sehr schƶn eingerichtet, gut geschnitten und bietet viel Platz. KĆ¼che und Pool sind sehr groƟzĆ¼gig und gepflegt.Die ā€žSchwƤchenā€œ, die zu ā€žnurā€œ vier Sternen gefĆ¼hrt hat:1. Beide Gasflachen waren leer bevor wir ankamen. Anscheinend wurden diese nicht ausgetauscht bzw. Ć¼berprĆ¼ft nachdem die VorgƤnger das Haus verlassen haben.2. Es gibt zwar drei Kanus aber nur zwei Paddel. Ein Kanu ist eigentlich nicht nutzbar - passt also wieder zu den zwei Paddeln.3. Ein kleiner Tresor fĆ¼r PƤsse, Bargeld und einen Laptop wƤre sehr wĆ¼nschenswert gewesen. 4. Ein Sichtschutz an der HaustĆ¼r wƤre schƶn, damit man von der StraƟe nicht durchs ganze Haus schauen kann.5. Der Anleger am Kanal kƶnnte sicherer gemacht werden, wenn die rostigen Schrauben entfernt werden wĆ¼rden.Dennoch ist es wirklich ein schƶnes Haus und wir wĆ¼rden wieder hinfahren, da wir uns wohlgefĆ¼hlt haben.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it does not disappoint!! Great place, lots of room and well stocked kitchen. Had a great time and have booked it again for next year. Had a couple small issues and management company resolved same day!!

Family Christmas

We have family in Cape Coral so it was a wonderful reunion. Great bay access, kayaks and bikes. Everyone loved the hot tub. We had a couple of very small problems that Tony took care of ASAP even though it was Christmas week.

Property was great, just as the pictures and description was listed. Loved the neighborhood very quiet yet friendly neighbors. Property was clean pool was awesome grandkids loved it! Dolphins in the channel a bonus. Very close to everything restaurants, shopping and beach.

Perfect stay

House was clean. We had 6 people and the place was big enough and didnā€™t feel like we were crowded. Nice having 3 full bathrooms. The only thing was there are not too many towels if you have more people, so felt like we did towel laundry more often. Would definitely stay again. Great area.

Great Vacation!

The house was great over all! Plenty of room for three families to create core memories while spending a week in the Cape Coral area! There were a ton of great things about the house but some of the most notable would be: - plenty of dishes/cups/cookware - extra blankets and linens - pool area is awesome! - Lots of outdoor seating Only one negative is that there that could have been more towels provided for both the pool and showering.

Relaxing

Beautiful property in a very quiet area. Huge pool with comfortable outside seating. All equipment there for a very relaxing stay including beach chairs and cool box but no parasol so we bought one and left it for others to use during their stay. Overall a fantastic stay in a great property in a great location. Would highly recommend for couples or families.

The house was great and clean but we had to contact the property numerous times about the pool and hot tub not working properly. Some of the extra amenities advertised were also not as expected. Ie fishing gear was in disarray, kayaks in poor condition and missing paddles.

Exactly what we hoped for

This was our first stay here and in this area. Beautiful neighborhood with the canal right out side amazing surroundings make for a comfortable pool side days. Everything was beyond stocked which was a first usually you need to ā€œmake doā€ or run for essentials and buy unnecessary things to cook with there was everything including spices and dish tabs. Home was clean and tidy felt very comfortable did not Want to leave will be back
