Built in 2007 and fully furnished with brand-new, high-quality furnishings when it was first occupied in early 2009, Villa Celia is located along a natural freshwater canal near Seabreeze Lake in a quiet residential neighborhood in SW Cape. With a fully air-conditioned living area of approximately 180 square meters, the villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a separate dining area, a spacious open-concept kitchen, and an utility room with a washer and dryer. The “high-ceiling” architectural style in all rooms creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. The outdoor area was newly paved with cobblestones in the summer of 2011. At its center is the 4x8-meter pool, which is electrically heated and thus perfect for swimming year-round. From the boat dock, you can set out on exploration tours through the adjacent canals and lakes. The villa’s entire furnishings are characterized by high quality and numerous extras. Two bicycles, books, and games are available for guests’ use. German web TV can be arranged upon request. There is no carpet in the house; all rooms feature hardwood floors or tile. The villa is very tastefully furnished in a European style. Electricity is free up to 25$ per week; any additional usage is charged at $0.20 per kWh. There is no hot tub, either indoors or outdoors. Outdoor furniture cushions must be stored indoors to protect them from rain. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 9:00 a.m.<br>Following a hurricane, the villa was completely renovated in 2022 and 2023.
