Bathed in sunlight, this freshly renovated 784 square foot, 2 bedroom apartment is conveniently located on Doughty Point in Harpswell, ME. Enjoy a second story nature view from a small private deck. Explore all that Harpswell has to offer as well as Brunswick, Portland and the entire Midcoast.

The apartment is located above our garages and offers a private entrance for guest use. Your hosts, Robin and Joseph have tried to anticipate most needs of our guests, but if we have forgotten anything, please bring it to our attention and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The larger bedroom features a brand new queen bed (with fresh new bedding), a large double closet and large dresser, hairdryer, iron and ironing board

The smaller bedroom contains a Twin XL (80" long) bunk bed setup, also with brand new mattresses and bedding.

The kitchen features a full sized gas range, full sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker & filters, toaster, tea kettle, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, silverware, utensils, basic spices, paper towels, napkins, etc.

Dining table seats 4. Living area houses 2 comfy chairs, an over sized sofa, smart TV, cable TV, and DVD player. There are a variety of cards, games and puzzles in case you catch a rainy day.

The apartment is heated in the winter months and outfitted with a window A/C unit and ceiling fans for your comfort in the summer months. The property is protected by a standby generator in the event of power loss.

For the comfort of our future guests, we ask that you refrain from deep frying or indoor lobster boils. If you let us know in advance we will happily fire up the lobster pot on the grill!

The apartment is not baby proofed, other than baby proof latches on the sink cabinets in the kitchen and bath. A baby gate is available for the top of the stairs.
