Located a few meters from the beach of Toiny, you can walk to the beach and to the Toiny beach restaurant.

You enter into the villa by the kitchen, which is open to the living room that overlooks the terrace with the pool.

Both bedrooms have a sea-view and are located on either side of the living room.

You will be located about 10-15 minutes from St Jean and 15-20 minutes from Gustavia.
